In this idyllic, peaceful setting, you'll have access to a shared 20 x 5 m swimming pool and a private 100 m² terrace. Everything is designed to let you enjoy your stay to the rhythm of the cicadas. The bastidon is composed as follows:
- A beautiful 26 m² living room with sofa and armchairs, a large TV, a dining area (board games available) and free fibre-optic access.
- A fully-equipped kitchen including: oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster, coffee machine, griddle, etc. Basic consumables included (salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, sponges, washing-up liquid, hand soap, bin liners, aluminium foil, baking paper, etc.).
- Bedroom 1: 1 Queen-size bed (160X200), large wardrobe with hanging space, wall-mounted fan with remote control, bed linen included
- Bedroom 2: 2 single beds, large wardrobe, wall-mounted fan with remote control, bed linen included
- Shower room with shower and towels included
- Separate WC
The accommodation is not suitable for babies, as there is no space in the bedrooms for a cot.
Outside:
- A private landscaped garden of 100 m² with an arbour to enjoy the fine weather (table + chairs, garden furniture, 4 deckchairs)
- Access to the shared swimming pool (unheated), open from 1 April to 31 October (opening dates non-contractual) and sun loungers (pool foutas provided by the bastidon)
- A table tennis table (equipment available at the bastidon)
- A room with two washing machines and change machine at your disposal

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the secure car park on the estate.
