We propose to you to rent, on the commune of Toulouse, this charming flat of a surface of 54 m ² and being able to accomodate to 4 travellers. Located on the 3rd floor (with lift), it consists of a nice living room of 15 m², equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms, a shower room and separate toilet. Wifi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room, facing west, of 15 m² including a TV lounge and a dining table. Access to the balcony overlooking the Brienne canal.
- A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine...
- Two bedrooms with double beds (140×190) and dressing room, one facing west with access to the balcony, the other facing east.
- A bathroom with shower and double washbasin
- A separate toilet

The flat is ideally located in Toulouse, in a very pleasant environment, with a view on the Brienne canal.
15 min walk from the city centre of Toulouse.
10 min walk to the faculties and the Toulouse School of Economics (TSE).
5 min walk from the Toulouse Business School (TBS) and the Faculty of Law.

For visits, you are a stone's throw away from the Place du Capitole, the Place Saint Pierre, the Quai de la Daurade, the Saint Cyprien district, the possibility of taking a boat trip on the Brienne canal, jogging on the banks of the canal.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, free parking is available near the building.
