LARGE TRADITIONAL COUNTRY COTTAGE FULLY EQUIPPED, CLOSE TO SAMOËNS, CHIMNEY, MOUNTAIN DECORATION, 5 BEDROOMS, SLEEPS 12
CHALET TRADITIONNEL **** TOUT EQUIPE CHEMINEE, JARDIN, DECORATION DE MONTAGNE, 5 CHBRES, 4 SdB 12 PERS.
The country cottage is composed of two floors. We have decorated the cottage with old wood in order to recreate the original environment. The construction is of modern design and is fully equipped to make your holiday life easier.
The ground floor is made up:
- of an American kitchen fully equipped
- of a living room with chimney, TV and DVD
- of a dining room with large monastery style table
- of a double room with en-suite
- of a separate toilet
- of a utility room for skis and linen

The second floor is composed of
4 bedrooms all having direct access to a shower-room (one shower-room per 2 rooms)
a bathroom with bath and separate toilet.
In detail:- 2 double rooms with access to a shower-room - 1 bedroom with a double and single bed - 1 bedroom with single bed and bunk bedsThe country cottage also has a garden and 5 parking spaces.

Notre chalet avec cheminée et décoration de montagne est situé sur un terrain plat de 600 m².

Nous avons utilisé pour sa décoration du vieux bois afin de recréer l'ambiance d'antan.

Vous bénéficierez d'une grande pièce de vie avec salon, cheminée, grande salle à manger avec table de ferme et une cuisine américaine complète (voir la liste des nombreux équipements).

Il dispose également de :
- 5 chambres (avec accès direct sur une salle de douche)
- 3 salles de douche
- 1 salle de bain avec baignoire
- 2 WC indépendants
- 1 local à ski/buanderie avec lave linge et sèche linge

Des équipements pour les bébés sont également disponibles sur simple demande (lit à barreaux, chaise haute, baignoire, jeux...)

HIVER : Pistes de ski du grand massif à 1,5 km, navette gratuites à 50 mètres. Ski de fonds et raquette à 500 m. Patinoire à 4 km.

ETE :
Le chalet dispose également d'un jardin (600 m²) avec barbecue, mobilier de jardin et balançoire.

De très nombreuses activités sont à proximité immédiate avec la base de loisirs du lac bleu à 500 m : baignade, mini-golf, trampoline, acrobranche, Quad, tennis, sport en eaux vives, VTT, randonnée, équitation, air de jeux pour les enfants. A moins de 5 km vous trouverez en plus : piscine, escalade, via ferrata, parapente, tir à l'arc, practice de golf sur eau, balade en âne....
