Situated in the heart of the Hérault, in the middle of nowhere in Lavalette, Figaret is a villa of 180 m² on 22 hundred square meters of grounds. The house has several terraces which are sunny or shady, as you prefer.
Situé au cœur de l'Hérault, en pleine nature à Lavalette, le Figaret est une villa de 180 m² sur 22 ares de terrain , à proximité du Lac Salagou. Le terrain descend de la terrasse vers la piscine et ensuite vers le petit cours d'eau qui borde la propriété, souvent à sec l'été. La maison dispose de différentes terrasses , soit très ensoleillée, ombragée ou à l'abri du soleil.
Depuis cet été 2018, un jacuzzi complète l'équipement.
