The house is located in a picturesque setting, just a few kilometers from the Mediterranean coast. So you can either sunbathe on the beach or enjoy your favorite water sports activities. It is also pleasant just to slumber on a comfortable deck chair on the terrace and get color. Take advantage of the dream landscape and the wonderful climate during your stay. If it is too hot, you can find a shady spot under the trees. After a quiet day or even after a lot of sport activities you can meet for a barbecue on the terrace. Why not try the famous Toulouse sausages and other delicious meat and fish specialties with a selection of great tasting barbecue sauces. This house is the perfect place to recharge your batteries and get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. From the spacious living room and kitchen you can access the large terrace from which you look down on the pool area. Everyone will find a nice place on one of the many terraces with comfortable garden furniture. Don't forget to buy a good bottle of wine from the local wine cellars and taste it in peace at sunset.
This vacation property is located in a quiet neighborhood of Creissan and therefore you can also shop in the village on foot. Do you feel like doing something? Then start in the village. It has some well-preserved medieval buildings such as an old castle and a church from the 12th century. There are many excursions in the region: Hikes, walks, horseback rides, visiting historical and typical places, markets, castles, beach days or even shopping. Creissan is located in the middle of the Garrigues and the vineyards only 15 km from Béziers and half an hour from Narbonne. Every Tuesday morning there is a small market. You have a bigger market on Friday morning in Puisserguier (1 km). Creissan also has a swimming pool, tennis courts, a boules court and a horse riding school. In August you can see film shows in the open-air cinema, participate in dance evenings with food or picnic in the countryside.
Not far away is the Canal du Midi, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, which has drawn its surroundings from Toulouse and Sète. It runs through the vineyards and you can discover it on a full-day canal cruise or take a short trip in an electric boat. The charming rivers Orb or Aude also offer an interesting range of water activities (canoeing and kayaking) and relaxation. You can also enjoy a wonderful swim here.
