Charlou House is located in the village of Florensac, in a quiet area.
The 150m² house, which can accommodate up to 6 people, has a very beautiful living room (75m²), tastefully furnished and decorated.
A large sofa will allow you to relax. You can enjoy a good meal on the large dining table.
The fully-equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, food processor, coffee machine, blender, etc.) is very functional and opens onto the living room.
There are 3 bedrooms, one of which is a suite with its own shower room and dressing room. The other two have a shared shower room and separate toilet.
In fine weather, you can enjoy your meals on the terrace with barbecue.
A lovely swimming pool with sun loungers awaits you, as well as a jacuzzi for moments of well-being.
You can also make use of the summer kitchen, complete with piano oven, pizza oven, deep fryer and bar overlooking the pool.
A second garden area with deckchairs and views over the fields is accessible on the other side of the house.

The charming village of Florensac has all amenities. There is a large park with a children's play area that is very popular with the locals.
You'll be 10 minutes from the beaches of Marseillan, as well as Sète and Agde and the Etang de Thau, where you can sample oysters, tielles and local wines.
The town of Molière, Pezenas, is just 20 minutes away. You can wander through its medieval streets and discover its Saturday morning market. Béziers and Montpellier are only 30 minutes away.
You'll also have easy access to the hinterland of the Hérault region and the Parc Naturel Régional du Haut Languedoc for some great hiking.
