Our prices include WiFi, electricity and gas. Final cleaning and bed linen costs (Beds are made on arrival) are mandatory. Bed linen costs €12 per person per stay. Any linen changes are to be charged separately. Detail Fixed Costs for Final Cleaning per stay:

Children up to 2.99 years of age are included in the price if they sleep with their parents or with accommodations brought from home.
The price for the additional person refers to children from 3 to 12 years old (9 € to 13 € per day depending on the season).
A 35% deposit is required for live booking, the balance on arrival.
Pets are allowed in all accommodations (4 € per day), the most suitable accommodations we recommend are: Gli Ulivi, I Noci and Le Capinere. Offers for those who bring more animals or for long stays.
