FAMILY CHALET FOR 16 PEOPLE

Big independent chalet with 6 bedrooms (4 with 2 beds, 2 with 4 beds), 2.5 bathrooms.
On the first floor, you will find the kitchen and a vast dining room opening onto the living room as well as a huge 20m² (215 ft²) balcony facing south.

- 1km from the center of the village (frequent free shuttles)
- 600m from an artificial lake, ropes course (tree climbing) and hiking trails

Grand chalet familial à 800 mètres du centre, composé de 6 chambres (4 de 2 lits, dont 3 avec lavabo et 2 de 4 lits). 2 salles d'eau: douche + lavabo. 2 wc (r de ch et 1er étage)
Espace commun au 1er étage: Cuisine et séjour-salon avec 1 grand balcon (20 m² environ) plein sud.

Le chalet est fonctionnel et en cours de rénovation.
Jeux de sociétés, quelques livres...
Une cuisine bien équipée avec un grand réfrigérateur et un petit congélateur pour ne pas perdre de temps en courses ... tout pour favoriser un séjour familial en intérieur ou extérieur.
Le terrain donne la possibilité de jouer à l'extérieur mais n'est pas clos. Les activités estivales et hivernales sont à portées de navette ou même de marche

TOUS LES TARIFS SONT DONNÉS POUR UNE SEMAINE DE LOCATION. ILS COMPRENNENT LES FRAIS DE MÉNAGE DE FIN DE SÉJOUR.
A votre charge uniquement la taxe de séjour (moyenne: 0,90 / nuit / personne majeure)

L'HIVER: du samedi au samedi (souplesse possible si personne avant ou après vous)

À 900 m du centre bourg et de l'école de ski.
Navettes gratuites et fréquentes en saison au pied du chalet vers les 2 départs de ski (centre ville ou Turche).

VACANCES DE PRINTEMPS et d'ÉTÉ: Possibilité de sortir du cadre de la semaine. Prix dégressif par jour supplémentaire au-delà d'une semaine. Le jour d'arrivée peut être variable.

Chalet à 600m du lac, de l'accrobranche et des départs en balade. La carte multipass l'été vous permet d'accéder pour 2€ par personne et par jour à un grand choix d'activités sur le domaine des "Portes du Soleil" (site de l'office de tourisme).
La station offre des accès à des activités pour tous (gratuites ou très peu coûteuses l'été), comme le montrent les 3 photos (bois , peinture...), révélant un beau dynamisme du village l'été: La station a le label "famille plus", décrit sur le site www.lesgets.com
