This rental is truly wonderful. The accommodation is tastefully furnished and lacks nothing. Very well located in Empuriabrava. We did everything on foot: just walk along the canals to go to the beach or the city center and 2 bowling greens are located at the end of the street, a few meters away. Everything was perfect.. Thanks to the kind owners who are always very attentive. My little family and I highly recommend this rental.
Cette location est vraiment formidable. Le logement est aménagé avec gout et il ne manque de rien.
Très bien situé dans Empuriabrava. Nous avons tout fait à pieds : il suffit de longer les canaux pour aller à la plage ou au centre ville et 2 terrains de boules se situent au bout de la rue, à quelques mètres.
Tout était parfait..

The apartment is very large with large rooms and also two very large terraces, one of which is shaded with a table, chairs and a swing on which I loved to take a nap in the afternoon. The terrace with a sea view ? we took all our meals there. An outdoor shower when returning from the beach which is a two-minute walk away! We already had everything we needed to cook: salt, pepper, olive oil, shower gel, shampoo, the sheets and towels smelled very good. The apartment is spotless, very clean. You quickly feel at home there. Vincenzo the owner who does not live on site, was discreet and extremely kind. Even a little attention by bringing us some small pastries from the region. A car is necessary for shopping there, 5 minutes away is a small town on the beach with a landscaped coastline with restaurants, bars, small shops and very lively in the evening ?. A real pleasure to have been able to eat all the local products. A fishmonger with his small shop sold fresh fish in the morning, we enjoyed buying our fish therefresh in the morning and at noon on the plate ? Eat great ice cream, have a drink along the promenade and meet wonderful people. You should know that the locals are extremely kind and very generous. The beach in front of the rental is very beautiful, I was lucky enough to see the sunrise in the morning at 6:15 am when I was walking there. Often in the morning we walked along the beach 4 km. It is an authentic, calm and relaxing place. The location of the apartment was strategic for us, an hour or an hour and a half from all the places to see absolutely. Alberobello, Ostuni, Santa Maria Di Leuca and so on. The city of Lecce is a 35-minute drive from the apartment. It's a big, bustling city. In short, these twelve days have been wonderful.
L'appartement est très grand avec de grandes pièces et également deux très grandes terrasses dont une ombragé avec table, chaises et une balancelle sur laquelle j'ai adoré y faire la sieste l'après midi. La terrasse avec vue sur mer 😍 nous y prenions tous les repas. Une douche extérieure au retour de la plage qui se situe à deux minutes à pied !
Tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner, nous avions déjà sur place : sel, poivre, huile d'olive, gel douche, shampoing, les draps et serviettes sentaient très bons.
L'appartement est nickel, très propre.
On s'y sent vite comme chez soi.
Vincenzo le propriétaire qui ne vit pas sur place, était discret et d'une extrême gentillesse.
Même une petite attention en nous rapportant des petites pâtisseries de la région.
Une voiture est nécessaire pour y faire les courses, à 5 minutes se trouve une petite commune en bord de plage avec un littoral aménagé avec restauration, bar, petits commerces et très animée en soirée 😊.
Un réel plaisir d'avoir pu manger tous les produits locaux.
Un vendeur de poisson avec sa petite boutique vendait le poisson frais du matin, on avait plaisir à y acheter notre poisson frais le matin et à midi dans l'assiette 👌
Manger de très bonnes glaces, boire un verre le long de la promenade et y rencontrer des gens merveilleux.
Il faut savoir que les locaux sont d'une extrême gentillesse et avec une grande générosité.
La plage qui se trouve en face de la location est très belle, j'ai eu la chance de voir le lever du soleil le matin à 06h15 lorsque je m'y promenais.
Souvent le matin nous marchions le long de la plage 4 km.
C'est un endroit authentique, calme et reposant.
L'emplacement de l'appartement pour nous était stratégique, à une heure voir une heure trente de tous les endroits à voir absolument.
Alberobello, Ostuni, Santa Maria Di Leuca et j'en passe.
La ville de Lecce se trouve à 35 minutes en voiture de l'appartement.
C'est une grande ville animée.
Bref ces douze jours ont été merveilleux.
The house is very well located, with a view of the harbor and just a short walk to the beach. Very central location but still quiet. Bakeries, cafes and restaurants are all within walking distance. Barfleur is a really pretty and idyllic place, we would love to come back.
Das Haus ist sehr gut gelegen, vorne Ausblick zum Hafen und zum Strand muss man nur einen kurzen Weg gehen. Sehr zentrale Lage und trotzdem ruhig. Bäcker, Cafés und Restaurants sind alle fußläufig zu erreichen. Barfleur ist ein wirklich sehr hübscher und idyllischer Ort, wir kommen gerne wieder.
We were very satisfied and had a lovely week's holiday. The house, garden and pool are big and great. Contact with the landlord was very nice and smooth. Gladly again!

Excellent contact with the owner who is reachable and responsive as well as with Joëlle who gives you the keys and gives good advice. The house is close to the beach with a magnificent sea view and breathtaking sunsets. Well equipped with air conditioning and everything you need for a great holiday. Restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance. If there is really a fault to be found, the road below is quite busy.

We felt very comfortable in this holiday home from the very beginning - that's how you imagine a holiday home to be. It is excellently equipped and nothing is missing. It is very centrally located but still very quiet. There is a private parking lot right in front of the house. The beach is just a few steps away and 2 supermarkets, bakeries and several restaurants are easily accessible on foot. Many thanks to Marie Thérèse for the friendly welcome, we would love to come back. In Moliets there are many surfers and bodyboarders as well as 2 supervised beach areas. The waves and currents are sometimes relatively strong, so that at high tide small children can no longer swim. Nearby is the Lac de Léon, which is ideal for SUP. In the Courant d'Huchet nature reserve you can go on a very nice circular hike, which you can start right from the holiday apartment. There is also a well-developed network of cycle paths and a mini golf course. Trips to Biarritz, Bayonne and Capbreton are worthwhile. In high season, however, the journey takes a little longer and parking is difficult. We parked a little outside the center and then tookrode my bike into the city center.
Wir haben uns in diesem Ferienhaus von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt so stellt man sich ein Ferienhaus vor. Es ist hervorragend ausgestattet und es fehlt an nichts. Es ist sehr zentral gelegen aber trotzdem sehr ruhig. Ein privater Parkplatz befindet sich direkt vor dem Haus. Zum Strand sind es nur ein paar Schritte und 2 Supermärkte, Bäckereien und etliche Restaurants sind problemlos zu Fuß erreichbar. Vielen Dank an Marie Thérèse für die freundliche Aufnahme, wir würden gerne wiederkommen.
Im Moliets gibt es viele Surfer und Bodyboarder sowie 2 überwachte Strandabschnitte. Die Wellen und Strömung sind zum Teil relativ stark, so dass bei Flut kleinere Kinder nicht mehr baden können. In der Nähe ist der Lac de Léon, der ideal zum SUP fahren ist. Im Naturschutzgebiet Courant d'Huchet kann man eine sehr schöne Rundwanderung machen, bei der man direkt an der Ferienwohnung loslaufen kann. Darüber hinaus gibt es auch ein gut ausgebautes Radwegenetz und einen Minigolfplatz. Lohnenswert sind Ausflüge nach Biarritz, Bayonne und Capbreton. In der Hauptsaison dauert die Fahrt allerdings etwas länger und Parken ist schwierig. Wir haben etwas außerhalb des Zentrums geparkt und sind dann mit dem Fahrrad in die Innenstadt gefahren.
It is an old house, but the location is great, close to the Spar shop and close to the boulevard and the sea. Reasonably cool house on hot days. The double bed is small and on the tight side. There are 2 toilets in the house that work well. The garden chairs are not comfortable. Internet was good. As well as the washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. There is no back to the house, but the front garden is good. House doors do not close properly, but for us not so bad.
Het is een oud huis , maar de ligging is prima, dicht bij de Spar winkel en dicht bij de boulevard en de zee.. Redelijk koel huis bij de warme dagen. Het 2 persoonsbed is klein en aan de krappe kant. Er zijn 2 toiletten in huis die het goed doen. De tuinstoelen zijn niet gerieflijk. Internet was goed. Evenals de wasmachine, vaatwasser en de magnetron. Er is geen achterzijde aan de woning, maar de voortuin is goed. Huisdeuren sluiten niet goed, maar voor ons niet zo erg.
We were delighted with our stay in this beautiful house. Everything is very well thought out and equipped. The cleanliness and facilities are impeccable. The pétanque court, table football, darts and table tennis table also available are real assets for the time spent with our children aged 6 and 11. The view from the terrace of the house is superb and allows you to enjoy the beauty of the bay below, providing a permanent change of scenery. Thanks again to Etienne for his kindness, his responsiveness, his practical advice on site, his professionalism which in every way contributed to the extremely smooth and relaxing progress of our stay.
Nous avons été ravis de notre séjour dans cette très belle maison. Tout y est très bien pensé et équipé. La propreté et les équipements sont irréprochables. La piste de pétanque, le baby-foot, les fléchettes ainsi que la table de tennis de table également mis à disposition sont de réels atouts pour le temps passé avec nos enfants de 6 et 11 ans. La vue de la terrasse de la maison est superbe et permet de profiter de la beauté de la baie en contrebas procurant un dépaysement permanent.

Pretty house, ideally located near the beaches of Ametlla de mar. Very pleasant swimming pool, perfectly maintained, with all around dining area, relaxation, plus the outdoor shower and barbecue. Clean interior, sufficient comfort and equipment, mosquito nets and air conditioning. On the other hand, rather for 8: 4 bedrooms. We were well received by Raul and the day of departure went perfectly with his dad. Thank you both for the exchanges and advice. Highly recommended, the country is beautiful. We spent a dream vacation as a family, 3 generations!
Jolie maison, idéalement placée près des plages d'Ametlla de mar. Piscine très agréable, parfaitement entretenue, avec tout autour coin repas, détente, le plus la douche extérieure et le barbecue.
Intérieur propre, confort et équipement suffisant, moustiquaires et climatisation. Par contre plutôt pour 8 : 4 chambres. Nous avons été bien accueilli par Raul et le jour du départ c'est parfaitement passé avec son papa.
