Location
The farm is located in the Piani-Torrazza fraction, just 3 km from the sea, in a hilly area in the green hinterland of Imperia. In the tranquility of the Ligurian countryside, among olive trees and mimosas, the agriturismo has 10 apartments with independent entrances, distributed in two small buildings connected by a driveway, and two swimming pools so you can enjoy your holidays in total relaxation far away from traffic and noise.
InteriorTwo-room apartment for 4 people of approximately 28 m², furnished in a simple but functional style, consisting of living room with double sofa bed, kitchenette, bedroom with double bed or two single beds, bathroom, balcony or external open space. Some apartments have a bunk bed in the bedroom.
SurroundingsThe hotel is approximately a 15-minute drive from Imperia. The first shops and restaurants are about 1.5 km away. The beaches and the sea are about 3 km away.

ConditionsUseful & General information- There is no reception, you can collect the keys at the main entrance of the building.
- Check-in from 3:00 PM to 7:30 PM (in case of delay, please notify us).
- Check out before 10:00 am.
- The freezer is not available in all apartments, but it is in most.
- Balcony or outdoor space in all apartments.

The price includes- Consumption of electricity, water, gas.
- Air conditioning, from 15/6 to 15/9 included.
- Heating according to law.
- Final cleaning (the cleaning of the kitchenette must always be carried out by the customer).
- Free cot on request, only possible with maximum occupancy.
- Unguarded parking included, subject to availability, not guaranteed.
- Small pets allowed, maximum one per apartment, free of charge. Please specify when booking.
- Two poolside sunbeds for each apartment subject to availability.
The fee does not include- Deposit €100.00 per apartment.
- Bathroom/kitchen/bed linen approximately €10.00 change per person (the customer can also bring his own linen).
Remark- Tourist tax to be paid locally, if applicable.
