Unit Layout
You will be staying in a renovated 3-room house that measures 80 square meters and spans two levels. The living and dining area features an open-hearth fireplace and a satellite TV with a flat screen. It also has access to a terrace. There is one large room with a French bed measuring 160 cm by 200 cm in length. The kitchenette is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hotplates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine. There is a separate shower and toilet on the ground floor. The upper level has one room with a bed measuring 90 cm by 190 cm in length, as well as another French bed measuring 140 cm by 190 cm in length. There is also a shower and toilet located on the upper floor.

Your vacation rental includes a range of amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. You will have access to electric heating, a roofed terrace with a south-west facing position, terrace furniture, a portable barbecue, and four deck chairs. Additionally, the property provides a washing machine, iron, and free WiFi internet connectivity. Please note that this is a non-smoking property, and a maximum of two pets or dogs are allowed. A smoke alarm is also installed for your safety.
Other Information
The layout of the beds is flexible, allowing for more sleeping options than the maximum number of people permitted, which should not be exceeded. This rental is offered by a private individual in accordance with Art. 155, IV of CGI. The bed layout can be adjusted to accommodate your needs, but the maximum occupancy must be respected. Please be aware that smoking is strictly prohibited within the premises.
