Security Deposit: A deposit of €150 is required to access the property, payable online by credit card via SWIKLY. This will be refunded within 8-14 days after your departure, assuming no damages are reported.

Late Check-Out Fee: Unauthorized late check-outs will incur a charge of €90.
Smoking Penalty: A fee of €450 will apply if cigarette odors are detected after your stay.
