Very welcoming and accommodating owners. Small comfortable and very pleasant chalet. Ideally located for snowshoeing in winter and very close to the ski slopes. The plus: provision of firewood for the pleasure fireplace, free of charge. We will stay there again with great pleasure.
Propriétaires très accueillants et arrangeants. Petit chalet confortable et très agréable. Idéalement situé pour randonner en raquettes l'hiver et tout près des pistes de ski. Le plus: mise à disposition du bois de chauffage pour la cheminée d'agrément et ce, à titre gracieux.

Very charming and well equipped chalet with a magnificent view over the valley. Very calm environment, ideal for recharging one's batteries. The resort is accessible either by free shuttle or on foot and a ski slope runs right down the street. The living room is very pleasant with its wood stove and its south-facing terrace. The kitchen has all the comforts: dishwasher, coffee maker, oven, microwave, hotplates, raclette and fondue appliances, etc. We had a great family holiday.
Chalet très charmant et bien équipé avec une vue magnifique sur la vallée. Environnement très calme, idéal pour se ressourcer. La station est accessible soit par navette gratuite, soit à pied et une piste de ski passe juste en bas de la rue.
La pièce à vivre est très agréable avec son poêle à bois et sa terrasse plein sud. La cuisine dispose de tout le confort : lave-vaisselle, cafetière, four, micro-onde, plaques de cuisson, appareils à raclette et à fondue…
Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour en famille.
Everything conforms to what was prescribed in the contract and the photos, even more .... very warm, clean, functional for 12 people, large choice of kitchen utensils, raclettes etc ... good heating and hot water without interruption, very nice view of the slopes ... and the little extra, a freshly cut Christmas tree was waiting for us with the decor, nice attention from Mr. G who is very welcoming and friendly and who is there for anything and his little daughter who left us a very beautiful drawing, Thanks to them. fonctionnel pour 12 personnes, grands choix en ustensiles de cuisine, raclettes etc...bon chauffage et eau chaude sans interruption, très belle vue sur les pistes...
et le petit plus, un sapin tout frais coupé nous attendait avec la déco, belle attention venant de Mr. G qui est très avenant et sympathique et qui est là présent pour quoi que ce soit et de sa petite fille

Beautiful cottage, well decorated, warm, spacious (6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living room very nice), and the proximity to the edge of the forest brings all its charm. Very competitive price. The return ski resorts are 150m away with buttocks that take us to the nearest gondola. Very satisfied with this rental
Très beau chalet, bien décoré, chaleureux, spacieux (6 chambres, 3 salles de bains, pièce à vivre très sympa), et la proximité en bordure de forêt apporte tout son charme. Prix très compétitif. Les pistes retour stations sont à 150 m avec tire-fesses qui nous emmène sur la télécabine la plus proche.

We had a very good stay in Chamrousse in this apartment which is very well appointed for a group of people. It is facing south and the view of the mountains is superb. We also enjoyed the comfort of the apartment and enjoyed the evenings by the fire.
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Chamrousse dans cet appartement qui est très bien agencé pour un groupe de personnes. Celui-ci est exposé au Sud et la vue sur les montagnes est superbe. Nous avons aussi apprécié le confort de l'appartement et profité des soirées au coin du feu.
We were a couple and two kids and stayed for a week in Les Embrunes. It is a beautiful little authentic cottage, with the seal, very warm and functional that has greatly contributed to the success of our Christmas parties spent in this charming resort Chamrousse multiple activities and overlooking a sea of cloud under a resplendent sun . A very nice week to relive very quickly!
Nous étions un couple et deux enfants et avons séjourné une semaine aux Embrunes. C'est un très beau petit chalet authentique, avec du cachet, très chaleureux et fonctionnel qui a fortement contribué à la réussite de nos fêtes de Noël passées dans cette charmante station de Chamrousse aux activités multiples et surplombant une mer de nuage sous un soleil resplendissant. Une bien belle semaine à revivre très vite !!!

A warm welcome from the owners, ready to share their network and their knowledge of the region, a cottage consistent in all respects to the description, we spent a wonderful week. Only 10 minutes walk from the slopes, the chalet is perfectly located in the resort. It is certainly not very big but offers all the comfort for a family with two children. The fireplace and the wood at will are a real plus. We highly recommend this location.
Un accueil chaleureux des propriétaires, prêts à partager leur réseau et leurs connaissances de la région, un chalet conforme en tous points au descriptif, nous avons passé une semaine formidable. A seulement 10 min à pied des pistes, le chalet est parfaitement situé dans la station. Il n'est certes pas très grand mais offre tout le confort pour une famille avec deux enfants. La cheminée et le bois à volonté sont un vrai plus. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

Location: - Car essential for shopping because cottage remote supermarkets - Access to the slopes either by shuttle (about one shuttle per hour and allow 10-15 minutes of travel) or by a blue track that allows to take lifts a little long (40 minutes to reach the SIGNAL chairlift)
Comfort of the chalet: - The positives: Room to live very nice with beautiful views of the valley, comfortable beds, beautiful evenings in anticipation, very quiet - Negatives: poor insulation (ground floor rooms difficult to heat and overheated floor rooms), presence of a stove in the living room but no stock of wood despite our iterative demands, insufficient kitchen equipment (a dish au gratin for 6 people while the cottage can accommodate 10), not made cleaning on arrival in the cottage, bad surprise on the way out with a landlord demanding improperly the reimbursement of electricity costs due to excessive use the sauna (which we only used once ..)
In conclusion, comfortable and pleasant cottage whose access requiresa car. Amenities of the cottage to improve, as well as the availability / honesty of the owner towards his tenants.
Emplacement :
- Voiture indispensable pour faire les courses car chalet à distance des supermarchés
- Accès aux pistes soit par navette (environ une navette par heure et prévoir 10-15 minutes de trajet) soit par une piste bleue qui permet de prendre des remontées mécaniques un peu longues (compter 40minutes pour accéder au télésiège SIGNAL)
Confort du chalet:
- Les points positifs : Pièce à vivre très agréable avec très belle vue sur la vallée, couchages confortables, belles soirées en prévision, très calme
- Les points négatifs : mauvaise isolation (chambres du rez de chaussée difficiles à chauffer et chambres de l'étage surchauffées), présence d un poêle dans le salon mais pas de stock de bois malgré nos demandes itératives, équipement de cuisine insuffisant (un plat à gratin pour 6 personnes tandis que le chalet peut en accueillir 10), ménage non fait à l'arrivée dans le chalet, mauvaise surprise à la sortie avec un propriétaire exigeant abusivement le remboursement de frais d'électricité en raison de l'utilisation excessive du sauna (que nous n'avons utilisé qu'une fois..)
En conclusion, chalet confortable et agréable dont l'accès nécessite une voiture. Équipements du chalet à améliorer, de même que la disponibilité/l'honnêteté du propriétaire envers ses locataires.
