1st floor - living room, kitchen and WC (without a shower). Outside the residence there is a garden (north-facing) where the guests can have their meals.
2nd floor - 2 bedrooms, one with 2 single beds, 2 cupboards and a bathroom.
The guests can use a private box (closed) for one car.
In the villa there is a swimming pool and table tennis.

A vivenda possui no andar de baixo uma sala de estar e jantar, uma cozinha e uma casa de banho simples (sem duche).
Da sala abre-se uma porta que dá para o jardim onde se pode tomar refeições, mesmo no Verão pois está virado a Norte.
No andar de cima existem 2 quartos, cada um com 2 camas individuais e roupeiros, e uma casa de banho completa (banheira).
Associada à casa existe uma box privada (para 1 viatura) integrada na garagem do condomínio.
Dentro do condomínio existe uma piscina colectiva e um recinto de paddle tenis.

The perfect, clean and functional accommodation. In the garden you can stay all day, since it never gives full sun.
The person commissioned by the owner to give us the accommodation has been a charm.
Just wanted to leave a suggestion to the owner.
The apartment to be perfect just needs air conditioning and a television larger.
