Welcome to the headland of La Punta / Boschetto in the largest nature reserve in Lombardy - Pian di Spagna. The holiday flat is located about 100 metres from the banks of the Mera River, between Lake Como and Lake Mezzola, at the upper end of this beautiful nature reserve.
It has its own outside entrance for maximum privacy and comfort.
There are play facilities for children in the courtyard area, which is completely fenced off so that parents can sit back and relax.

The roof terrace invites you to linger and relax and offers a picturesque view of the surrounding mountains and countryside.
There is a garden with a sunbathing lawn right on the shore, ideal for outdoor games and activities. There is also access to the water with a small staircase and sandy beach so you can enjoy the clear waters of the Mera River.

In the neighbourhood you will find idyllic country houses, extensive meadows and smallholdings that underline the rural flair of this region.

A large, gently sloping sandy beach is approx. 1,500 metres away - with sweeping views to the south of the lake - ideally accessible by bike along the idyllic riverbank.
Your holiday flat is located on the access road to the headland with a small campsite and holiday homes on the tip of the headland. If you bring your own canoes and small boats, they can be launched and deposited on the riverbank by prior arrangement.

The holiday flat offers generous comfort in an inviting Italian ambience, characterised by warm colours and terracotta tiled floors. The open-plan living area is particularly bright and friendly, creating an inviting atmosphere.

Access to the flat is via the staircase with around 20 steps. The spacious living area has a dining table and a cosy sofa area. From here you can access the spacious roof terrace, which offers a marvellous view. The eat-in kitchen is located to the side and is designed in an L-shape, also with access to the roof terrace.

The two bedrooms and the bathroom are located on the mountain side. There is a double bedroom and a triple bedroom, both of which are comfortably furnished. The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, shower, WC and bidet.

Ideal domicile for bikers - with all-round great excursion possibilities on the lake and in the mountains: beaches, towns on the shore as well as mountain villages all within short distances, even with small children, holidays privately in nature.
The landlords are reserved and pleasant, and the bikes in this location are a hit. The attic is unoccupied.

Your car is parked in the garden on a parking space at the house, boat trailers and other cars on request.
