Newly built air-conditioned apartment, located in La Caletta in a central position, near the sea but not inside the restricted traffic area, so you can use your car at any time of the day. Near the apartment you will find a grocery store, post office, ATM, book office, also ideal for those who want to holiday without a car.
Apartment composed of dining room-living room, double bedroom, bathroom, single bedroom which can become a double or three bed bedroom if necessary, plus a veranda with table and chairs for relaxing moments and a smaller veranda which can be accessed from the double bedroom where you will find the washing machine.
Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment, but there are two verandas and a large patio at the entrance to the apartment for smokers.
