It is composed of: dining room with large sliding glass window overlooking the sea, with dining table, 32-inch LED television and double sofa bed. The kitchen is equipped with crockery and cookware for six people.
Bedroom with double bed with panoramic window with shutter that can be operated from the bed. Bedroom with two beds which together become a double bed with a window overlooking the sea. Bathroom with all accessories and large shower, all well finished.
Outside, large terrace overlooking the sea with sitting area, on the back large space with barbecue. If you want to relax, you can easily get to splendid locations that are less frequented but still beautiful in just a few kilometers or even on foot, or just by staying at home which, being brand new, very bright and tastefully furnished, immediately gives you serenity and tranquility.

Ideale per una famiglia di quattro persone, ma anche sei ed è composto da: Tinello con ampia vetrata scorrevole vista mare, con tavolo da pranzo, Televisore Led da 32 pollici e divano letto matrimoniale, la cucina è attrezzata con stoviglie e pentolame per sei persone. Camera con letto matrimoniale con finestra panoramica con tapparella azionabile dal letto. Cameretta con due letti che uniti diventano matrimoniale con finestra vista mare. Bagno con tutti gli accessori e ampia doccia, il tutto ben rifinito. All’esterno, ampia terrazza vista mare con salottino, sul retro ampio spazio con barbecue.Se ci si vuole rilassare invece lo si può fare con altrettanta facilità raggiungendo con pochissimi chilometri o addirittura a piedi splendide località meno frequentate ma comunque suggestive oppure rimanendo a casa che, essendo nuovissima, luminosissima e arredata con gusto da subito serenità, e tranquillità.
