The house has been tastefully renovated with vaulted ceilings and is located on the ground floor with 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, living room and bathroom with shower.
The apartment is located 50 meters from the main square, and a few hundred meters from the sea and from the alleys of the old town and its stunning terraces overlooking the sea.

Its location just outside the historic center means it can easily be reached by car which can be parked everywhere nearby.

La dimora finemente ristrutturata con le caratteristiche volte a botte e tufo a vista, è collocata al pian terreno ed è costituita da 2 camere da letto, cucina, salottino e bagno con doccia.
L'appartamento si trova in una tranquilla via del centro, a 50 mt dalla piazza principale, ed a soli 300 metri dal mare e dai vicoli del centro storico e le sue terrazze mozzafiato a picco sul mare.

La sua collocazione appena fuori dal centro storico consente di essere raggiunto comodamente con l'auto che potrà essere parcheggiata gratuitamente nei pressi del parcheggio della stazione ferroviaria.

Le antiche mura in pietra garantiscono in ogni stagione una temperatura ideale. L'appartamento è dotato di riscaldamenti e aria condizionata.Tv smart , lavatrice.
