All'esterno ci sono aree con barbecue, divani e doccia esterna. Ci sono le lavatrici . Il posto auto in loco è gratuito e pubblico.
Vicino alla casa si possono trovare ristoranti, pizzerie e bar. Ci sono negozi di genere alimentare a circa 50/100 metri dall'appartamento.

Equipped with every comfort, it is in an excellent position, just 6/7 minutes walk from the beach !!
Mr. Gianluca and his parents are very kind and super helpful people !!
If we go back to Salento we will definitely choose this house again!

L 'apartment "seemed " bigger than we imagined from the photos. The house has all the necessary services, and cooking was a pleasure.
But the best place in our opinion was the terrace, so great that we could play football. Barbecues together with our friends will be unforgettable. The grill was also made available.
Very close to both the sea (approx 2-3 minutes walk !!!) that the central course where c 'were both shops that restaurants.
What can we say, we were very happy both of the apartment, the place and the kindness of Cristian and Massimo Signori. Recommended for those who want to stay in Salento.

The air conditioning was enough to turn it on only when we were absent and we had fresh all night, there were no towels, sheets, mosquito nets and even taking anti-mosquitoes in every room, coffee maker and everything you need to cook.
Gianluca was really very helpful and very nice and in case of need coming soon!
What more? Salento is very nice :-)
