Possibility for families with small children to have a mattress on the floor similar to a futon, stroller, cot, Inglesina set and car seat for free, but the newborn pays like the child 10 euros per day more.
The whole house is about 55 square meters, it is possible to stay in 5 but it would be tight, for 5 people it is suitable for a couple with 3 children.
The car can be parked on the street and it is free, otherwise there are garages nearby.
To go to the beach, an umbrella and chairs are available.
By booking this entire apartment the price is lower but with fewer services, like most other holiday homes.
Excellent starting point for visiting: the islands of Capri or Ischia, the Amalfi Coast, Sorrento, Pompeii, Ercolano, Naples, Paestum, Royal Palace of Caserta. All the locations are located at a maximum distance of 50 km and can be reached by public transport, boats or your own car.
If you come by train, bus or boat, the house is 700 meters or 3 bus stops away. If you arrive by car it is easy to park under the house for free, there are no blue lines to pay. If you want to put the car in a garage it is 50 meters away and costs 10 euros.
Under the house there are supermarkets, restaurants and shops.
it is 100 meters from the sea, and it is the only area of Salerno where there is a beach (the one in the center is artificial), there is both an equipped beach with bathing establishments and swimming pools and a free beach and there are umbrellas and chairs available in the house.
