Villa Merced is a very beautiful villa in Calpe set in a residential area and close to the beach with mountain view. Sleeps 10-12 persons in comfort.
5 double bedrooms, private pool (10x5), large garden and parking, splendid terrace, closed and fenced plot, covered terrace with shower-bathroom, barbecue, patio furnitures and sun loungers.
The accomodation is on 2 levels which are linked by an external staircase:
Ground floor: covered terraza pool access, lounge, dining area with tv-sat astra and pellet stove. Gas burners, electric oven, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and household items. Bathroom with bath and shower. Two double bedrooms (single beds together).

Casa La Merced en Calpe es una casa muy bonita y agradable en zona residencial muy tranquila cerca de la playa con vistas a la montaña. Capacidad para 2-12 personas, con piscina privada (10x5), amplia zona de jardín y parking, parcela cerrada y vallada. Barbacoa cubierta con baño-ducha. Terraza cubierta con mesas, sillas y tumbonas.
Dispone de dos viviendas conectadas por una escalera exterior:
