To ensure a smooth check-in experience, all check-ins must be scheduled by appointment between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM. Late arrivals are possible until 11:00 PM for an additional fee through the booking platform, subject to approval by our services. No arrivals can take place after 11:00 PM. As for check-outs, they are also conducted by appointment between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM. Arrivals are allowed on an exceptional basis only between 1:00 PM and 4:00 PM on December 24th and January 31st. However, no arrivals or departures will be carried out on December 25th and January 1st.
