This lovely villa in Sant Jordi d'Alfama offers a large private pool, huge gardens, with privacy/seclusion guaranteed. Lots of seating areas in the garden and under terrace and gazebo. You can park your car(s) at the back of the house.
The bedroom upstairs has airconditioning, an en-suite and a balcony for sun set views. Two further bedrooms with twin beds that can be pushed together to make, in one room this would make a king bed, in the other a queen size bed. The downstairs bedrooms share a family bathroom. All rooms have ceiling fans and black out blinds and in the hallway leading to the down stairs bedrooms there is an additional air conditioning unit. Cot and baby equipment are available on request free of charge.
There is internet TV and satellite TV with CAHORS box. The kitchen is fully kitted out with dishwasher with eco tablets, fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, induction hob, fan oven, juicer, stick blender. Filter water from the tap – no need for plastic bottles. Iron/ironing board and hairdryer available. Washing machine in the utility room. Lounge/diner with a woodburner, extending dining table, sofas and chairs, ambient lighting.
Outside, there are plenty of opportunities to relax: on the terrace at the house there is a large table for cosy dining, by the pool you can relax in the sun or in a shady spot on one of the 6 pool loungers or 2 pool chairs; and on the covered patio you can enjoy the dishes you have prepared on your own barbecue.
Casa Lorena is in a quiet location in the urbanisation Sant Jordi d'Alfama, but still close to the picturesque fishing village of L'Ametlla de Mar, with its lively centre with restaurants, bars and shops and lots of beaches and coves where you can sunbathe, swim, snorkel and/or picnic to your heart's content.
At 9 km from the house is the picturesque village of El Perelló, one of the few villages on the Costa Daurada that has retained its authentic Spanish character at its heart. A little further inland, you can go mountain hiking, visit the Templar castle of Miravet, visit the local potters and much more.
