Par ailleurs, dans le local à ski, qui est privatif à l'appartement, nous ne voyons pas très bien la nécessité de mettre des étagères pour y poser des chaussures de ski dans la mesure où il y a toute la place au sol et que de plus le local est chauffé. Pour ce qui est de toilette complémentaire, bien que l'immeuble soit du constructeur MGM et nouveau, il n'est prévu qu'une toilette par appartement et il n'y pas la possibilité d'en rajouter une complémentaire. Il y a par contre comme vous le savez 2 salles d'eau pour 3 chambres. L'appartement étant initialement prévu pour 6 personnes en dehors des 4 lits gigognes de manière à pouvoir accueillir 1 ou 2 familles avec des enfants, soit pour 10 personnes dans le plus grand confort et avec toutes les commodités et équipements dans l'appartement sans oublier un garage intérieur fermé, une piscine intérieure chauffée, etc...
