You will be staying in a spacious 5-room villa spanning 125 square meters. The villa boasts beautiful and modern furnishings, providing a comfortable and stylish living environment. The living/dining room features a panoramic window with an open-hearth fireplace and a flat-screen TV, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. You can step out onto the terrace from the living area. The villa offers three bedrooms, one with a double bed (140 cm, length 190 cm) and a private bathroom with a separate WC, as well as access to a balcony. Another bedroom also has a double bed (140 cm, length 190 cm) and a balcony exit. The third bedroom is equipped with two beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Additionally, there is an office with a sofa bed, providing extra sleeping space if needed, and access to the terrace.

A washing machine is available for your laundry needs, and a barbecue area allows you to enjoy outdoor grilling. Please note that the coffee machine is a Nespresso model, and extra Nespresso capsules are available. The kitchen also includes a combination microwave for your convenience. Furthermore, the villa provides electric heating and a boiler with a capacity of 240 liters to ensure a consistent supply of hot water.
