We had a very pleasant stay in La Rochelle. The apartment is in conformity with the description, and very well equipped! The view is really beautiful, we were treated to a beautiful sunset every night!
The proximity to the beach and the sea bus to connect the old port is a plus! We hardly have needed to use the car for the week.
The owner's representative on site was very friendly and punctual.
In short, we would definitely return!

We had a very pleasant stay. The apartment is great, well equipped, it feels like home quickly. The residence is quiet walks by the sea are nice. We rarely used the car as everything is easily accessible by bike or on foot.

Apartment very well located, just 30 seconds from the beach and 5 minutes from the boat bus to the city center of La Rochelle. We used the car one day.

The apartment was everything that was described in the advertisement. Truly remarkable the great views from the terrace. The garage we could not use them as it was too low for our car with roof rack - otherwise we had to go to find a parking space often. We were very pleased and would like to thank to thank the owner for his hospitality. The handover of the apartment and acceptance worked smoothly.
Die Ferienwohnung bot alles, was in der Anzeige beschrieben war. Wirklich bemerkenswert der tolle Ausblick von der Terrasse. Die Garage konnten wir leider nicht nutzen, da diese zu niedrig war für unser Auto mit Dachgepäckträger - ansonsten mussten wir des öfteren auf Parkplatzsuche gehen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und möchten uns recht herzlich bei dem Vermieter für seine Gastfreundschaft bedanken. Die Übergabe der Wohnung und Abnahme hat reibungslos funktioniert.

Excellent room with great views. The beach and shops are nearby. Many monuments to visit. Ile de Ré is close and accessible by car. Possibility of jogging (adapted course). The only downside: noisy students in the evening.

Magnificent views of the sea! We never tire of watching the comings and goings of boats! Sea bus to use to get so nice in the old port (Pass available at the tourist office for 1, 3 or 7 days). Very satisfied with our stay. We went a little as "geek " because we often come to this corner of La Rochelle. No complaints about the location, everything was nickel. If we have the opportunity, we will return without hesitation.
