This very well maintained and quiet apartment is ideally situated with breathtaking views of the sea and the island of Aix (better than the photo of the ad) and without viv screw. It is close to shops and the beach thereby come without a car. It was pleasant to me to have at my disposal at this apartment several brochures of activities, visits, information about the area. I recommend this vacation as a couple or with children. I stay here again. The owner is friendly, attentive and accommodating the hours of entry and exit.

Il est proche des commerces et de la plage ce qui permet de venir sans voiture.

Super apartment with ocean views from the terrace. We really wanted to find the apartment: clean, large lot, patio with awning, separate toilet, underground parking, fitted kitchen, barbecue and beautiful views. It was a pleasure to eat outside! We were very well received by the owners! We renew our holiday next year in this accommodation.

Nous avons vraiment trouvé l'appartement rêvé : propre, grand terrain, terrasse avec store, wc indépendant, parking souterrain, cuisine intégrée, barbecue et une vue magnifique. We spent a great week in this apartment! The crew was good, the bathroom was very nice, the bed large enough and the view was great! This is a very good choice for a holiday at the sea

Great apartment ... very beautiful ... we had a great holiday in La Rochelle, with more sun! I recommend this location to all couples and families with 1 or 2 children, it was happiness! Beach and shops nearby, pretty well maintained park .. I go back with pleasure!

This is a beautiful modern and spacious apartment in a quiet location near the sea, a park and a playground for children. We were warmly greeted by the owners with delicious local specialties. La Rochelle and other attractions are within a short distance of the apartment. A bakery within walking distance, fresh bread in the morning for breakfast on the terrace.
Il s'agit d'un bel appartement moderne et spacieux, dans un endroit calme, près de la mer, d'un parc et une aire de jeux pour les enfants. Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par les propriétaires avec de délicieuses spécialités locales. La Rochelle et autres attractions sont à une courte distance de l'appartement. Une boulangerie à distance de marche, du pain frais le matin au petit déjeuner, sur la terrasse.

We had a very pleasant stay. The description of the ad corresponds exactly to reality. Beach at the foot of the building, including good shops nearby bakery. A little advice, take the garage option, the availability of outside parking are almost nonexistent; more convenient for bicycles.

Here is my critical eye to future tenants, knowing that we have a good experience of rental apartments, cottages, and throughout France. Great apartment with a beautiful view which deserves 5/5. The home is simple and fast. The bathroom is quite large with a nice big shower, trash deserves a small lid, the closet is spacious, it lacks a towel. The kitchen area is small, but sufficient, hobs are indeed quite close, apart from two new auto cookers, the rest utensils deserve a good shot refresh (drawers cutlery, knives and mismatched glasses, pots and pans very old, chipped or cracked dishes) trash to broken and no salad spinner lid. The closet storage corridor has been split into two to squeeze the fridge, to the detriment of the closet that does not exist (lots of hangers, but no rod to hang). The most critical point is in the room, the bedding was stained and dilapidated and filthy pillows. The terrace is lovely with this beautiful sea view, but fewdetails, 4 plastic seats are split and stuck clothing whenever you get up, it is sorely lacking 2 sunloungers.
We still had a lovely time.
Voici mon œil critique pour les futurs locataires, sachant que nous avons une bonne expérience des locations d’appartements, de gîtes, et ce dans toute la France.
Un super appartement avec une vue magnifique qui mérite largement 5/5.
L’accueil est sobre et rapide. La salle de bain est assez grande, avec une grande douche très agréable, la poubelle mériterait un petit couvercle, le placard est spacieux, il manque un porte serviette. Le coin cuisine est petit, mais suffisant, les plaques de cuisson sont en effet assez rapprochées, mis à part deux auto cuiseurs neufs, le reste des ustensiles mériterait un bon coup de rafraichissement (tiroirs des couverts, couteaux et verres dépareillés, poêles et casseroles très anciennes, plats ébréchés ou fendus) poubelle au couvercle cassé et pas d’essoreuse à salade. Le placard à rangement du couloir a été séparé en 2 pour caser le frigo, au détriment de la penderie qui n’existe pas (beaucoup de cintres, mais pas de tringle pour les pendre). Le point le plus critique se situe dans la chambrette, la literie est tachées, et les oreillers délabrés et très sales. La terrasse est très agréable avec cette belle vue mer, mais encore quelques détails, les 4 sièges plastiques sont fendus, et coincent les vêtements à chaque fois que vous vous relevez, il manque cruellement 2 bains de soleil.
Nous avons tout de même passé d’agréables vacances.
