The apartment is very nice, bright and well decorated. The outside is very appreciable with garden furniture, deck chairs in a very quiet environment. We felt like home. Mr Bonomi warmly welcomed us. He is very available and considerate !!!! I highly recommend this location a few minutes from La Spezia and the Cinque Terre and other coastal villages: Lerici, Tellaro !!!! A wonderful stay !!!! The apartment still surpasses the beautiful pictures in the portal. It is tastefully decorated, the kitchen is very well equipped and the large balcony offers a wonderful view. The apartment is the perfect starting point for excursions to the Cinque Terre, to Pisa or Florence and the small villages of the area. Mr. B. is extremely hospitable, always helpful and gives good advice on what to see around La Spezia. He even provided plush toys, toys and a cot for our little, almost 3-year-old daughter. We can only recommend apartment and landlord. Thank you.
Die Ferienwohnung übertrifft noch die schönen Bilder im Portal. Sie ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und der große Balkon bietet eine wundervolle Aussicht. Die Wohnung ist der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge zu den Cinque Terre, nach Pisa oder Florenz und die kleinen Dörfer der Umgebung.
Herr B. ist außerordentlich gastfreundlich, stets hilfsbereit und gibt gute Tipps für Sehenswertes rund um La Spezia. Er hat sogar für unsere kleine, knapp 3-jährige Tochter Plüschtiere, Spielzeug und ein Kinderbett bereitgestellt.
Wir können Wohnung und Vermieter nur empfehlen.

The apartment is located a little outside the city on one of the hills with a breathtaking view of the golf course of La Spezia and its port. The interior fits the photos and is very cozy and well equipped. The owner is very caring. He gave us a guided tour of the city and the surrounding area which was very informative.
L'appart est situé un peu en dehors de la ville sur une des collines avec une vue imprenable sur le golf de La Spezia et son port. L'aménagement intérieur correspond aux photos et est très ''cosy'' et bien équipé. Le propriétaire est aux petits soins. Il nous a fait un tour guidé de la ville et des alentours ce qui était très instructif.
We had a perfect stay in a beautiful area. We appreciated the availability, kindness and advice of the owner who speaks very good French. The rental is perfect, comfortable, nothing is missing, the decor is neat and we enjoyed the air conditioning and terrace with sea views. We recommend this rental.

We had a very good stay in this rental in La Spezia. The apartment was very nice, consistent with the descriptions of the site: tastefully decorated and offering all the necessary comfort (and even more). The location is ideal for shining in the area. We were greeted very warmly by the owner, attentive, who advised us very well in our visits and with whom we had a lot of fun to exchange (in French, which makes things easier).

The house was comfortable and comfortable with enjoyable outdoor space and sweeping views. The only flaw is the distance from the sea but Mr., Roberto, however very kind and very helpful, gave us a pass for the car and tickets for the shuttle from the sea. We had a great holiday.

Very comfortable accommodation offering everything needed during your stay. Out of town location but very easy to navigate after owner showed us key points of interest during short tour on first morning. Beautiful views of city from deck area and laundry room on site if required but change of towels provided. Garage provided for car was a bonus. Would certainly recommend and dealing with owner was very positive. Good base to experience the beautiful surrounding coastline.
Very nice landlord with good German language skills. He gave us a city tour on the first day and gave us some good tips. We were also able to park our car in his garage during the whole time.
The apartment (above) is equipped with everything you need as a tourist, but in some places (especially in the bathroom) to notice that the apartment already had some visitors. The roof terrace has a wonderful view over La Spezia and the surrounding hills and mountains.
All in all, almost perfect. 4.5 / 5 stars.
Sehr netter Vermieter mit guten Deutschkenntnissen. Er hat uns am ersten Tag eine Stadtrundfahrt gegeben und uns einige gute Tipps gegeben. Außerdem konnten wir unser Auto während der gesamten Zeit in seiner Garage parken.
Die Wohnung (oben) ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man als Urlauber braucht, allerdings ist an manchen Stellen (besonders im Bad) zu merken, dass die Wohnung schon einige Besucher hatte. Die Dachterrasse hat einen wundervollen Blick über La Spezia und die umliegenden Hügel und Berge.
Alles in allem, fast perfekt. 4,5/5 Sternen.

When we arrived, we were immediately won over by the beauty and tranquility of the site. The private terrace with a view overlooking the sea and mountains, and the private and closed parking are strong points of the rental. The apartment is functional and comfortable. The double bed room has a very good bedding. Nothing is missing for a pleasant holiday near the "Five Earth " where the first town (Monterosso) is just 8 minutes by train from Bonassola Train Station. You can reach the train station and the beach on foot through a path in 20 min. The owner Roberto is a friendly person, very helpful and friendly! He sent us all necessary information to find the location of his home. We would be happy to stay longer !! A next year, ROBERTO ....

Lors de notre arrivée, nous avons été immédiatement conquis par la beauté et le calme du site.
La terrasse privée offrant une vue plongeante sur la mer et les montagnes, ainsi que le parking privé et fermé sont des points forts de la location. L'appartement est fonctionnel et confortable. Le lit double de la chambre est doté d'une très bonne literie. Rien ne manque pour passer d'agréables vacances à proximité des "Cinq Terre" où la première ville (MONTERROSSO) est à seulement 8 min en train depuis la gare de Bonassola. On peut rejoindre la gare et la plage à pieds par un sentier en 20 min. Le propriétaire ROBERTO est une personne accueillante, serviable et très sympathique! Il nous a adressé toutes les indications utiles pour trouver l'emplacement de sa maison.
Nous serions volontiers restés plus longtemps !!

We had a great stay in La Spezia - quiet area overlooking the Gulf - functional apartment, comfortable and nicely decorated - we enjoyed the meal on the terrace - Mr Bonomi is very friendly yet unobtrusive. He gave us great advice for visiting the 5 lands and around La Spezia. He also speaks French which allowed us to have some interesting discussions. We recommend this apartment but it is better to have a vehicle.
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à La Spezia - quartier tranquille avec vue sur le golfe - appartement fonctionnel, confortable et joliment décoré - nous avons apprécié les repas sur la terrasse - Mr Bonomi est très sympathique tout en restant discret. Il nous a donné de précieux conseils pour visiter les 5 terres et les environs de La Spezia. Il parle également français ce qui nous a permis d'avoir des échanges intéressants. Nous recommandons cet appartement mais il est préférable d'avoir un véhicule.
We had rented the upper floor for a week and it is really fantastic to sit on the roof terrace and enjoy the view. Even Mr. Bonomi is very helpful for excursion tips, general tips for LaSpezia - he drives a desired even free his car through the city and shows all the important spots such as market, refueling, mall, parking, supermarket, ... We had our little daughter to recommend a really nice time there very much!
Wir hatten die obere Etage für eine Woche gemietet und es ist wirklich traumhaft auf der Dachterrasse zu sitzen und den Ausblick zu genießen. Auch ist Mr. Bonomi sehr behilflich bei Ausflugstips, generelle Tips für LaSpezia - er fährt einen auf Wunsch sogar gratis mit seinem Auto durch die Stadt und zeigt alle wichtigen Spots wie Markt, Tanken, Mall, Parken, Supermarkt,...

We stayed at Ca Gialla wonderful and memorable vacation. Our landlord, Roberto Montanari, has proved to be extremely friendly, generous and prudent hosts.
We have encountered a large, bright and very clean apartment, with comfortable beds, a spacious bathroom, a weekly clean linen and also even with perfect electronic equipment (Wifi, TV). A small, intimate garden and terrace overlooking the sea with a fantastic view and herb for their own use were additional and very pleasant extras that you can not expect anywhere.
We were very pleased with this apartment and they will be happy to recommend!

Wir haben eine große, helle und sehr saubere Wohnung angetroffen, mit bequemen Betten, einem geräumigen Bad, wöchentlich frischer Wäsche und zudem noch mit perfekter elektronischer Ausstattung (Wifi, TV). Ein kleiner, intimer Garten und die Terrasse über dem Meer mit phantastischem Blick und Kräuterbeet zur eigenen Nutzung waren zusätzliche und sehr angenehme Extras, die man nicht überall erwarten kann.
Wir waren mit dieser Ferienwohnung sehr zufrieden und werden sie gerne weiterempfehlen!
