This 2-storey apartement combines tranquility and the near the town center for an exceptional location. It includes a main room living / dining-room of 20 m2 with equipped kitchen. You reach the bedroom via a wooden staircase. Bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin are on the ground floor.

Ce joli petit appartement individuel refait à neuf dans un ancien bûcher à proximité immédiate du départ des pistes ou de l´alpage l´été. C´est un emplacement calme, plein sud-ouest avec toutes les commodités du centre du village.
Cet appartement est composé d´une belle pièce à vivre bien éclairée avec cuisine entièrement aménagée, d´une salle de douche / WC avec un grand couchage dans une belle mezzanine authentique.

• Salon avec table ronde et chaises confortables, un canapé , un grand écran plat, receveur satellite canalsat et lecteur de DVD
• Vous accédez par un grand escalier de menuisier à une très belle mezzanine. Tout le charme du bois, d´un vrai plancher comme autrefois et des vieilles poutres est allié au purisme des garde-corps en verre (sécurit) pour un maximum de clarté et de confort. Couchage en deux lits jumelés rejoints en un grand lit de 160 cm , et un lit de 90, matelas et sommier de qualité supérieure.
• Cuisine entièrement équipée: frigo/congélateur, 4 plaques de cuisson à induction, four grill et micro-onde, petit lave-vaisselle, machine à café (filtre) et grille-pain.
• L´authenticité jusque dans la salle de douche! Lavabo sur roche, WC suspendu et douche.

Pralognan est une station village au pied de la plus grande calotte glaciaire des Alpes dans un site naturel exceptionnel. Pralognan a su conserver son cachet de village montagnard et son authenticité puisque 66 % du territoire de la commune se trouve dans la zone centrale du Parc national de la Vanoise. Le village est situé en fond de vallée de la Tarentaise, entre les stations de Courchevel et la Plagne, c´est en fait la 4ème vallée. Station familiale par excellence, Pralognan se distingue par la qualité et la quantité d'activités offertes sur la station. L´enneigement est à Pralognan du fait de sa proximité aux grands glaciers souvent bien meilleure que dans les stations aux allentours. Toutes les pistes principales sont équipées de canons à neiges.
