Nice apartment, very well located, both at sea level and surrounding shops. Quiet and beautiful view of the big blue sea. Quick access to the beach and swimming pool. Very functional apartment with everything you need. Well protected and pleasant residence. We had a great stay, and we recommend it.
Appartement sympathique, très bien placé, tant au niveau de la mer, que des commerces alentours. Calme et belle vue sur la grande bleue. Accès rapide à la plage et à la piscine. Appartement très fonctionnel avec tout ce qu'il faut. Résidence bien protégée et agréable.

Very nice house in a perfect beach location, quiet, clean, well maintained, everything you need is there. Good beds, lots of storage space. Very friendly welcome from Mrs. Fernandes and problem-free, uncomplicated handover! It would be practical if bed linen and bath towels could be rented (luggage could be saved). Unfortunately, the morning visit by a baker to the residence, which was specifically mentioned in the advert, was not carried out (anymore) this year - what a pity! It is also a great pity that the direct sea view shown in the advertisement photos has been blocked by picket fences to protect the beach. Still, I'd love to come again!
Sehr schönes Haus in perfekter Strandlage, ruhig, sauber, gepflegt, alles vorhanden, was benötigt wird. Gute Betten, viel Stauraum. Sehr freundlicher Empfang durch Frau Fernandes und problemlose, unkomplizierte Übergabe!
Praktisch wäre, wenn Bett-/Badwäsche z.B. gemietet werden könnte (Gepäck könnte gespart werden). Leider wurde der speziell im Inserat erwähnte morgendliche Besuch eines Bäckers in der Residenz in diesem Jahr nicht (mehr) durchgeführt - schade!
Zudem ist es sehr schade, dass die in den Inseratfotos dargestellte direkte Meersicht durch Staketenzäune zum Strandschutz verbaut wurde.
Trotzdem gerne wieder einmal!
My daughter and I had a very pleasant stay in this very quiet and cool accommodation. It has all the necessary amenities including WIFI, air conditioning and TV. Essential shops are close by and the bus runs a frequent schedule 7 days a week, making it easy to access the city of Montpellier. The owners are friendly and always very attentive to what you need. The place is picturesque and very pleasant to take walks on foot through the town. I highly recommend this accommodation.
Mi hija y yo tuvimos una estancia muy agradable en este alojamiento muy tranquilo y fresco. Tiene todas las comodidades necesarias, incluido WIFI, aire acondicionado y TV. Las tiendas esenciales están cerca y el autobús tiene un horario frecuente los 7 días de la semana, lo cual facilita el acceso a la ciudad de Montpellier. Los dueños son amables y siempre muy atentos a lo que uno necesite. El lugar es pintoresco y muy agradable
para hacer paseos a pie por el pueblo. Recomiendo ampliamente este alojamiento.
Nice accommodation, nice landlady who welcomed us with a bottle of wine. Top dishwasher!! Electronic blinds in the bedroom and living room. Cutlery, crockery, everything was plentiful.
But the washing machine needs to be replaced, bearings are defective, it's leaking a bit, unfortunately the rubbers are missing.
Parking directly in front of the terrace, which is very pleasant. Very, very short way to the beach, just cross the street and you're there in no time
Nette Unterkunft, nette Vermieterin, die uns mit einer Flasche Wein empfangen hat. Top spülmaschine!! Elektronische Jalousienen im Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer. Besteck, Geschirr alles reichlich vorhanden.
Aber die Waschmaschine müsste mal ausgetauscht werden, Lager defekt, läuft etwas aus, leider sind die Gummis versparkt.
Parken direkt vor der Terrasse ,was sehr angenehm ist.

Great, but unfortunately, I got sick and didn't make the most of the pool and the sea. Not enough swimming 1/2 in total in 1 week. But fortunately I could look at the sea from my balcony, that's what comforted me at that moment. Very nice apartment, pleasant. I really like the chests of drawers in the bedroom: if you can let me know or buy some ?
Super, mais malheureusement, je suis tombé malade et je n'ai pas bien profité de la piscine et de la mer. Pas assez nagé 1/2 en tout en 1 semaine. Mais heureusement que je pouvais regarder la mer de mon balcon, c'est ce qui réconforte à ce moment là. Très joli appartement, agréable. J'aime beaucoup les commodes dans la chambre : si vous pouvez me communiquer ou en acheter 👍
Second stay in this house and we enjoyed it and the region just as much. Everything is as advertised and the owner is available and responsive in the event of a problem. Perfect stay in an ideal setting! To do again :-)!

We liked this rental near the sea, very well located near the center of Palavas and funfair 12 minutes walk from the accommodation. Very happy with this week from August 12 to 19, 2023. We will come back to this rental if we come back to Palavas. Pleasant this fully equipped apartment and thank you to the owner, good welcome, very friendly.

Très content de cette semaine du 12 au 19 aout 2023. On reviendra dans cette location si on revient à Palavas. Super apparently very well located on the 3rd floor with a magnificent view of the sea, very quiet, well equipped and important: crossing for air regulation. Bike room available on the ground floor and the grail, the swimming pool! In addition, a very smiling and attentive guardian. I keep the address preciously.

Apartment ideally located, access to the beach via the residence and no road to cross. Pleasant terrace, good exposure, we did not suffer from the heat. Lots of storage. Large bathroom with plenty of storage as well. We are delighted with our stay and will surely return.
