You will be staying in a 3-room house spanning 50 square meters across two levels. The ground floor features a dining room with a veranda and a dining nook, a kitchen corner, and a TV (flat screen). This level also has a living/sleeping room with a sofabed (80 cm, length 190 cm), a double sofabed (140 cm, length 190 cm), and a hi-fi system. Both the dining room and living/sleeping room have exits leading to the garden. The kitchenette on this floor is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, microwave, and an electric coffee machine. There is also a shower and a separate WC. The upper floor features an open room with sloping ceilings, with ceiling heights ranging from 50 cm to 350 cm, and a rooflight. This room has a sofabed (80 cm, length 190 cm) and a French bed (140 cm, length 190 cm).

The property is equipped with gas heating and terrace furniture. Additionally, it provides a washing machine and dryer, which are situated in a separate small building along with an extra shower and WC. You will have access to free WiFi internet during your vacation. It is important to note that this is a non-smoking property. A unique feature is the availability of a baby piano "Baldwin" located in the owner's house, which can be used by qualified pianists upon request.
