This apartment is in a brand new chalet appartment complex called Les Refuge des Outalays in the Chinaillon/Grand Bornand resort. It is built in the local traditional style and is well situated. Access to the Outalays piste is just across the road. This piste leads down to the new high speed Charmieux chair lift (ex Gettiers) which is also where kid's area is located as well as where the main ESF lessons depart. The main street with all of the shops and restaurants, is only a short 10 min walk away. The free ski bus service runs on the main road a little below the apartment.
This 50m² apartment sleeps up to 6 and boasts a lotal of 3 bedrooms: 2 doubles (one of them with ensuite shower and sink) and a twin room. There is an additional sofa bed for 2 in the living room.
There is one bathroom and two seperates WC.
The living area is open plan with the kitchen, dining room and lounge.
The kitchen has a ceramic hob, a dishwasher
and has all the necessary cutlery, glasses etc.. for 8 people+ with a nice sized dining table.
The lounge is comfortable and has large bay windows that open out onto a balcony which offers commanding views onto the surounding mountains.
You have a flat screen television and DVD player
The rental rate includes the full provision of bedlinen and towels (sheets, bath towels, hand towels, bath mats, tea towels etc) and beds will be made up on your arrival! A light clean is also included at the end of your stay however we do expect the property to be left clear and tidy to avoid any surprises (beds stripped, rubbish removed, dishwasher emptied, bathrooms and kitchen left clears etc)!
