Surrounded by nature, this semi-detached villa enjoys a very quiet environment. It is located in Le Marin village, just a few kilometers from the most beautiful south beaches of Martinique (5 to 10km depending on beaches).

The village "Le Marin" is about 3.5km. Over there you will find many shops and restaurants.

The villa

The villa includes:
- 2 Air-conditioned bedrooms with King Size beds (180X200) and private bathrooms with shower
- 1 Bedroom mezzanine (opened on the stay) with 2 simple beds and private bathrooms with shower
- 1 living room with dining area, sitting area and modern kitchen well equipped
- 1 often sunny terrace with small outside lounge and a countryside view (you can see the sea !)
In the backyard of each villa you have a private swimming pool to enjoy refreshing yourself.
