My studio flat is available for short-term lets for your holiday by the seaside. It is situated in the harbour of Hyères, in a quiet area and 5 minutes walk from the nearest beaches.
The studio flat was totally refurbished in 2016 and has a large terrace with an open view of the marina, the bay and the islands of Hyères. It is situated on the second floor with a lift in a secure block of luxury residential flats and has a closed private parking space.
The accommodation of 26 square metres + 7 square metres of terrace consists of an entrance / kitchen, a shower room and a living room open to the South / East facing terrace.
* At the entrance, kitchen area with ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, electric coffee-maker, toaster and all the necessary kitchen equipment.
* The shower room consists of a large washbasin which is fixed to a storage unit with drawers, a large shower with glass sides, a W.C. and a washing machine.
* From the living room, there’s a magnificent view over the bay of Hyères and the islands.
The sleeping area consists of :
- A double bed that can be rolled under a storage unit with hanging space and converted into a sofa during the day;
- A single bed which is stacked on top of the storage unit.
In the living room, there are also 2 armchairs, a coffee table, a shelf and a 80cm LED TV.
The dining area has an extendable table for 2 to 4 people, 3 chairs and a dresser.
* The covered terrace has a table for 3 to 4 people, 2 deckchairs and a parasol.
Je vous propose mon studio en location saisonnière pour vos vacances au bord de l’eau. Situé dans la marina « LA GAVINE » du port d’Hyères, à l’écart du bruit et à 5 minutes à pied des premières plages de la presqu’île de Giens.
Le studio intégralement refait à neuf dispose d’une grande terrasse offrant une vue imprenable sur la marina, la rade et les îles d’Hyères (Porquerolles ; Port Cros ; Le Levant). Il est situé au 2ème étage avec ascenseur dans une résidence sécurisée de standing (gardien, accès par interphone & digicode), et dispose d’une place de parking privative fermée.
Le logement de 26 m² + 7 m² de terrasse est composé d’une entrée/cuisine, d’une salle d’eau avec une grande douche et WC et d’un séjour ouvrant sur la terrasse exposée Sud/Est
• A l’entré, coin cuisine avec plaque vitrocéramique, frigo, micro-onde, cafetière électrique, grille-pain et tout l’équipement nécessaire de cuisine.
• La salle d’eau est composé d’un grand lavabo sur meuble à tiroirs ; d’une grande douche (120x80) avec parois verre, d’un WC et d’une machine à laver le linge.
• Le séjour avec sa baie vitrée (avec volet roulant électrique) offre une vue magnifique sur la rade d’Hyères et ses îles.
Le coin couchage est composé :
- D’un véritable lit en 140 coulissant sous un meuble de rangement et penderie pour devenir canapé en journée.
- D’un lit en 90 superposé au-dessus du meuble de rangement.
Le coin séjour est complété par 2 fauteuils, une table basse, une étagère et une TV à LED 80cm.
Le coin repas dispose d’une table extensible 2/4 pers, 3 chaises et d’un vaisselier
• La terrasse couverte dispose d’une table ¾ personnes, de 2 transats et d’un store.
