The home owners are excellent, the pool and garden of high quality and the interior equipment of the house is perfect, including air conditioning.

We had a great time in this rental. The villa is very well located (close to beaches and downtown) and its exteriors are beautiful. The equipment is really complete. You can put the car and do everything on foot. Beyond all this, we had a nice meeting with the owners who are discreet people, adorable and caring for us. We will definitely be back in this little paradise.
Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cette location. La villa est très bien située (proche des plages et du centre ville) et ses extérieurs sont magnifiques. Les équipements sont vraiment complets. On peut poser la voiture et tout faire à pied. Au delà de tout cela, nous avons fait une belle rencontre avec les propriétaires qui sont des gens discrets, adorables et aux petits soins pour nous. Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute dans ce petit paradis.
The apartment has been recently renovated to a very high level of quality and is even better in real life than in the photos. It was spacious and very clean. The kitchen is well laid out and has all the modern facilities you could wish for.
Compared to the rest of Europe at Easter the weather was kind to us and we were able to sit in the garden and soak up the sun shine. Though the outdoor temperate didn't allow us to make use of the swimming pool. Indoors we were comfortably warm and the large windows gave the place a light and airy feel.
Access to the coast is only about 15 minutes walk away and a climb down the cliff paths to a series of isolated beaches, where the stormy weather made for dramatic waves and surf.
The apartment more than met our expectations and Franck and Sandrine were charming and very helpful.
Very nice location, very well equipped and very clean. We enjoyed the beautiful garden with its private swimming pool. The location allows us to do everything on foot (shops, town center and beaches). Très belle location, très bien équipée et très propre. Nous avons apprécié le très beau jardin arboré avec sa piscine privative. La localisation nous a permis de tout faire à pieds (commerces, centre ville et plages). The booking went very well, the contact with the owners was simple and easy. The accommodation is located in a pretty residence near the village of Giens and the beaches (-15min walk), a bus stop is nearby. The accommodation is quite spacious, well equipped. It has a parking space, a well-appointed terrace with deckchairs and electric plancha. The swimming pool shared with the condominium is heated and well maintained. We noticed a lack of cleaning (dirty dishes and clogged dishwasher) the owner is not responsible for these inconveniences but a more thorough check-in/check-out would perhaps be wise. In any case we had a very good holiday, we thank our hosts and will come back with pleasure. Kind regards
La réservation s'est très bien passée, le contact avec les propriétaires était simple et facile. Le logement se trouve dans une jolie résidence près du village de Giens et des plages (-15min à pied), un arrêt de bus se trouve à proximité. Le logement est assez spacieux, bien équipé. Il dispose d'une place de parking, d'une terrasse bien aménagée avec transats et plancha électrique. La piscine commune à la copropriété est chauffée et bien entretenue. Nous avons constaté un manque de ménage (vaisselle sale et lave vaisselle bouché) le propriétaire n'est pas responsable de ces désagréments mais un check-in/check-out plus poussé serait peut-être judicieux. En tout cas nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances, nous remercions nos hôtes et reviendrons avec plaisir. Amicalement
An ideal location, very functional and well-equipped accommodation (shower and outdoor kitchen), clean and well-located, a very pleasant environment (garden and several terraces) and charming and very helpful owners (bicycles, a canoe, etc. available). Un emplacement idéal, un hébergement très fonctionnel et bien équipé ( douche et cuisine d'extérieur ) propre et bien situé, un environnement très agréable ( jardin et plusieurs terrasses) et des propriétaires charmants et très disponibles ( mise à disposition de vélos, d'un canoë etc...).
Rien à dire, vous pouvez y aller en toute confiance.

The accommodation is quite simple but the bathrooms and kitchen have been renovated and air conditioning installed. We were very comfortable there and the sea view is irreplaceable. The proximity of the coves is also an asset. The owner is charming and very accommodating and this is a significant plus. We will come back with pleasure.

La proximité des criques est aussi un atout. Le propriétaire est charmant et très arrangeant et cela est un plus non négligeable. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.
We had a very good stay. Enjoyed the view from the terrace (shaded ++) Owner present upstairs, but discreet. Access to the sea (small cove) via a small path with steps. It was very hot, a second fan would have been appreciated.

We had a wonderful week, our stay couldn't have been better...The house is very clean and very tastefully decorated, the pool and the outdoor area were a dream and we all enjoyed it very much. We would particularly like to highlight the peace and quiet, the view of the greenery, despite the proximity to the sea. Our questions were always answered quickly, and check-in and departure also went very well. We would love to come back.
Wir hatten eine traumhafte Woche, schöner hätte unser Aufenthalt nicht sein können…Das Haus ist sehr sauber und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, Der Pool und das Aussengelände waren ein Traum und wurde von uns allen sehr genossen. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Ruhe, den Ausblick ins Grüne, trotz der Nähe zum Meer. Unsere Fragen wurden immer schnell beantwortet, auch der Check-In und die Abreise haben bestens geklappt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.
