Hardelot: Un des 3 plus belle station familiale de la Cote d'Opale. 2 golfs de 18 trous, belle digue, nombreux sports à pratiquer, partie mer et foret en cas de vent, nombreux commerces et restaurants, marché gourmand le dimanche en saison, nombreuses animations tout âge pendant les vacances scolaires, plage de 15 km de sable fin, tennis, équitation, skate parc, pistes cyclables, tout sports de voile et d'eau, nombreuses très belles promenades au départ de la maison....
A droite du garage, il y a un "studio parental de 35m²" pour 2 personnes supplémentaires. Il n'est pas occupé.
Il est composé d'une chambre, salle de bain/wc, living et kitchenette. En rez de chaussée.
Il ne sera JAMAIS loué séparément à quelqu'un d'autre.
Il peut être loué en plus UNIQUEMENT par vous même si vous vouliez plus d'espace ou venir avec des amis/ familles/ connaissances. Sinon il restera vide.
Son prix peut être modulé en fonction du temps d'occupation.

Spacious, well-appointed and bright living room.
The exchanges with Laurent are friendly and fluid. The accommodation corresponds completely to the description. The location of the villa is ideal: a few steps from the beach and a 10-minute walk from the center of Hardelot. The view of the dunes is peaceful and calm reigns. Inside, there is all the necessary comfort to spend a pleasant stay with the family. We recommend.

Very quiet, restful, woken up in the morning by birdsong and the sound of the wind in the beachgrass, that was what we were looking for.
Besides the fact that it is very well located, the house is also very well equipped, we lacked nothing, and important point for us: the bedding is of good quality.
The provision of bicycles is really an undeniable plus, as well as the barbecue which has been used a lot!
In short, we will return without hesitation as soon as the opportunity arises.

Many very positive points for this well located, bright, clean, functional, quiet and well-equipped house. Added to this are the precision of the ?instructions? provided by the owner, as well as his kindness and great availability from a distance.
We particularly appreciated the very complete equipment, whether in terms of crockery, the presence of basic products, equipment and bicycles. We also liked the blackout of the rooms and the efficiency of the shutters.

The house is very practical, very functional and beautifully placed with a remarkable view of the sea, the dunes and the forest of l'Ecault. The habitat is very well equipped.
A very restorative stay that allowed us to recharge the batteries.

The beach and the dunes remain overall very clean. As on all coasts, big tides, as well as a handful of people lacking good citizenship bring / leave debris.
In Hardelot, they are regularly removed by tractors sifting the sand so that the environment remains as clean and pleasant as possible.
La plage et les dunes restent globalement bien propre. Comme sur toutes les côtes, les grosses marées, ainsi qu'une poignée de personnes manquant de civisme amènent/laissent des débris.
A Hardelot, ils sont régulièrement enlevés par des tracteurs tamisant le sable pour que l'environnement reste le plus propre et agréable que possible.
Laurent Bayart is a wonderful landlord. The contact was always pleasant and accommodating. Once again a heartfelt thank you. If the opportunity arises, we will certainly come back again. It was a wonderfully relaxing week.
A small sandy path leads directly into the dunes and the beach. You can also go to the beach by bike (made available) by road.
The land is very well maintained with slide and swing.

In fact, this villa is suitable for families with children as well as two people. For example magnet usually live in a large daily space, which is my case. From this dwelling, we can see with a good pair of binoculars various types of boats cruising off the nearby sea on which we have the view. And then we were allowed to admire since the beginning of the year, back of the house, a magnificent landscape composed of dunes, scrubland and pine forest. I will add that twice a trio of hind came to wander nearby. We could also see many tits, a few red-gorges, verdiers and even a woodpecker, not to mention herons ... Perfect for nature lovers .. Moreover, the neighborhood is quiet.
Laurent, the owner is very helpful and attentive, anxious to keep his property in excellent condition, thanks to his efforts and the responsible attitude that must be that of the holiday makers.
For the rest, there is materialto carry out an intelligent and tranquil tourism in Hardelot even to the villas nested in an omnipresent verdure, to its immense beach, then radiating all around, on the Opal Coast ...
For all these main reasons and others that would be a little long to develop, I recommend this rental which does not disappoint.
House decorated with taste and comfortable.
The baby material is very useful, stroller, backpack, bed, ... it just missed a barrier in front of the staircase to stop our little adventurer but it seems that it will be installed one soon.
The sea is very close, beautiful beach accessible via a quasi privative trail.
Little more, in the dunes and the garden you can find the excellent wild rocket with very fragrant yellow flowers.
The only downside, except for the weather, was Hardelot even as the town is deserted in September, unlike the Belgian coast which is quite busy at this time, so do not talk about ice cream, riding school or cuistax to the kids! There was only the bakery which worked a few hours a day and we did not advise. Better to go to the Coccinelle or another local supermarket.
The children's garden is very good. There are beautiful walks to be made from the house.
We haveAlso visiting the old town of Boulogne and Nausicaa. It takes 1h30 of a visit to the aquarium, it is a bit expensive but if it rains it occupies the children well. It is also possible to find fresh fish directly from the port (avoid Monday!).
We finally visited the castle of hardelot and made the walk around the lake (5 ? / adult, free for children). Small friendly visit.
In short, house to recommend. And very good reception and follow-up of the owner.

We had the large part of the house, large bright living room, large bathroom, comfortable rooms, real kitchen. Everything is thought to make life easy, even in the details. Laurent is precise and friendly, ideal location that we dream of enjoying again as soon as we have time.

The Hardelot station is, however, somewhat tarnished by the many dog ??excrement and equines strewn sidewalks! Pity.

The dunes and sea views from large windows are beautiful except for "buildings " left that we try to forget for the rest of the landscape is beautiful (the sun goes around the house !!! )
The relatively large outside is very helpful with small children because large lawn, slide, swing, and for adults I enjoyed the sun in late October on the terrace in a lounge chair, protected from the wind, what fun.
Access to the dunes and the beach by the small barrier is "great " !!!
The garage is full of surprises: bicycles, barbecue, petanque, badminton, etc ...
The baby kid was very helpful because it was not in charge of everything included.
The material works well eg. the dishwasher and electric heaters very flexible depending on the weather.
The rooms are large, well decorated and comfortable.
One can only deplore the removal of the toilet there that are a little complicated.
All matchesgood description and Mr. Bayard is particularly attentive to our comments to improve lots of little details in his house, which details their importance as rentals.

The rear view of the dunes is amazing and one feels immediately on vacation.
The neighborhood is good but not while a 5-minute bike shops which is very nice.
The house is spacious and well equipped with 3 real bedrooms 2 people (double or single beds).
The villa meets all the expectations of guests attentive comfort, feeling "at home " clear and almost immediate.
The condition is more recommendable, nice rooms, clean, modern. Hardelot is a wonderful resort too, the charm (Main Street, shops, the place gives an impression of Newport). Finally, do not forget the warm hospitality of local businesses and the owner of the house, which even let you think what you cool and snack for your arrival! Irreproachable we believe however with a very changing time, not a day of trouble! Thank you to Mr Bayart for its availability, trust, kindness and next vacation, no doubt!
Everything was spotless and the location near the sea and at the same time in the dunes has seduced us: we felt holiday and enjoyed the quiet and fresh air. The walks are plentiful, and the beach is beautiful! We hope to return next year.

The house is in all respects to the description, we have been disappointed in any way, it is very well equipped special mention for bedding that is perfect. We were two couples with two children and a baby, the baby kit has served us well.
Needless to load unnecessarily, there is on-site readings, DVDs, games something to do on rainy days. We are certain to rebook this charming home.

Fully equipped house, everything is provided for children in the event of bad weather (books, games, dvd ...). Bicycle helmets and vests, barbecue, garden necessary, toolbox ... the owners have thought of everything, nothing is missing!

There is plenty to see and do in the area as well as the beach and the area is beautiful - very good for walking and cycling as well as water sports. The house is modern, very comfortable and well equipped with easy access to local facilities. Hardelot aussi a very easy drive from Either tunnel or port.
The house is spacious and has all the necessary equipment and more (bikes, barbecue, ...). The owner is very friendly and takes the time to contact you to answer all your questions.
We keep a very good memory and we have already recommended to friends for next holiday.

House very well located. 5 minutes walk from the huge beach (path with a little too much debris thrown by the sea! .. It may surprise), 5 minutes from the town and there is a wonderful walks to do from home or we "lost " quickly in a very varied nature! DO!
