Bed Linen and Towels: Provided for your comfort throughout your stay.
Professional Housekeeping: Ensures a spotless apartment upon arrival and departure.
Family-Friendly Services:
Cot and High Chair: Available on request with a 72-hour notice, subject to availability. Note: Baby linen is not provided.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Check-In Time: From 2:00 pm.
Early Check-Ins and Late Check-Outs: Confirm availability 24 hours in advance; applicable charges may apply.
Deposit Requirement:
Deposit: A €150 deposit is required, payable online ONLY via credit card through SWIKLY. Refund processed within 8-14 days post-departure, assuming no damages are found.
Additional Charges:
Unauthorized Late Check-Out: €90.
Cigarette Smell Post-Stay: €450.
Responsibilities and Guidelines:
Keys: Ensure keys are not left on the door or inside the apartment.
Noise: Maintain quiet to respect neighbors. Loud disturbances may lead to deposit deductions.
Construction: Be aware of ongoing construction in the building, for which we cannot be held responsible.
Internet Access:
Online Activities: Avoid unauthorized activities. We are not responsible for connection issues.
Special Bookings and Events:
Unique Services or Events: Request pre-approval. Deposits are required for bookings related to the Paris 2024 Olympic Games.
Age Requirement:
Minimum Age to Reserve: 23 years. Guests under 23 must be accompanied by an adult meeting the age requirement. Non-compliance will result in denial of stay and non-refundable bookings.
