This recently renovated villa is just 400 metres from the beautiful Lido Belvedere and some of the finest beaches in Salento. The villa, which sleeps up to 6 people, is one of 6 in a small, gated development. It is conveniently situated between the resorts of Torre Lapillo (3 minute drive) and Port Cesareo (4 minute drive), making it the perfect option for families or friends of all ages.
The villa has two entrances, one via a side gate and the other via the driveway. The front entrance, from the driveway, leads directly into the living room. This is furnished with a sofa, armchair, flat-screen TV, dining table and chairs. The newly fitted-out kitchen is at the back of the villa and is equipped with a cooker hob, oven, fridge/freezer and coffee machine. There is a small kitchen table and chairs for quick snacks. A door leads from the kitchen to the side terrace, which can be shaded. There is a large table and chairs, ideal for meals al fresco.

Bedroom 1: The light-filled master bedroom has a double bed and a wardrobe.
Bedroom 2: The second bedroom has three single beds and a wardrobe.
Extra: The sofa in the living room converts to a comfortable single bed.

The new bathroom has a shower, basin, bidet and WC
Extra: There is an outdoor shower and basin on the terrace, very useful after a day on the beach.

Location
The villa is situated on a particularly lovely part of the coast, with many famous beaches close by, including Torre Lapillo (3 minute drive) which is known for its soft sand and crystal-clear waters. The beach's gentle slope makes it ideal for children and elderly visitors. In the other direction, is the resort of Porto Cesareo (4 minutes) which also has beautiful beaches and lively nightlife. The town's weekly market (Thursday) is the best place to find the finest local food, including olive oil and a variety of cheeses. There are supermarkets (3 minute drive), smaller food shops and a wide range of restaurants and pizzerias for all ages and budgets close by.
Further down the Ionian coast, the historic town of Gallipoli (30 minutes) is a very popular tourist destination during the summer months. In Greek, Gallipoli means "beautiful city" and the town does not disappoint. The town's ancient walls soar over the harbour and fishing port. There is a daily fish market where if you go early you can pick up the freshest catch of the day.
The closest airport is at Brindisi - just under an hour away by car.
