Single-storey house for 6 people, fully air-conditioned.

Living room and adjoining dining room. Open-plan kitchen with high quality household appliances.

Master bedroom with a large 160 cm bed and large fitted cupboard. En-suite shower room with toilet.

Second bedroom with 2 x 90 cm beds that you can puch together. Last bedroom with a large 160 cm bed. The two bedrooms share a bathroom and a separate toilet.

Outside, garden with lawn and flowers of around 1200 m².
The swimming pool is at the back of the villa. It has a pergola, a ping-pong table and a paved terrace all around which accommodates deckchairs and outdoor furniture. The swimming pool is equipped with an alarm system.

La piscine se trouve à l'arrière de la villa. Elle dispose d'une pergola, d'une table de ping-pong et d'une terrasse dallée tout autour qui accueille les transats et le mobilier extérieur. La piscine est équipée d'un système d'alarme.
