Les Issambres is an attractive coastal village with a cozy promenade, restaurants with private beach, but also small bays and creeks where children can enjoy exploring. There is also a sailing school (sailing boats, catamarang) and a ferry to the famous Saint Tropez A weekly market and cozy stores make Les Issambres complete.
The villa borders a nature reserve and is situated on a fenced plot with covered parking. Around the villa are several terraces so you can enjoy the sun, or shade if desired, at any time. The view from the terrace of the pool and the sea is beautiful! And. from the parking lot you walk straight into the La Gaillarde nature reserve.

Inside, the villa is very well cared for and luxurious. Tastefully decorated: a beautiful living room with high ceiling and cozy sitting area and dining table by the terrace doors so you can also enjoy the view while eating. The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped (including a Nespresso machine) and also has doors to the terrace.
Three of the four bedrooms have air conditioning. The fourth bedroom is not because it is on the garden level, a naturally cool space.
La Belle Issambre has a carport where there is room for one car, and there is also ample parking for several cars on the private, fenced property.
