You will be staying in a spacious 5-room semi-detached house that spans over 200 square meters. The house is spread across multiple floors, providing ample space for your vacation needs. On the ground floor, you will find a bright and tastefully furnished living/dining room area that leads out to a balcony. Adjacent to this space is a room with two beds, each measuring 90 cm wide and 200 cm long. There is also a kitchen/living room equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine, as well as access to the garden.

The property offers a range of amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. You will have access to a washing machine, a baby cot suitable for up to 2-year-olds, and a hair dryer. Additionally, the house provides internet connectivity with free WiFi access. For your convenience, there are two reserved parking spaces and a garage at the house.

The property boasts two large balconies spanning 30 square meters and two large terraces covering 70 square meters, providing ample outdoor space. Terrace furniture, balcony furniture, and a barbecue are available for your enjoyment. From the terraces, you can take in the beautiful panoramic views of the sea. The house is suitable for families, and one pet or dog is allowed. Additionally, there is a private entrance to the property. Gas heating is available from November 1st to March 31st.
