The property is located on the ground floor and is composed of: large living room with UHD TV, kitchen, dining room, pantry, 2 large double bedrooms (with possibility to choose a double bed or 2 singles), spacious bathroom with bathtub/shower.
Furthermore, in the internal courtyard which is also a solarium, there are sofas, sun lounger, and dining table for great outdoor lunches and dinners. In addition to the ancient olive tree, there is an annex with a loggia, consisting of a kitchen with fireplace, large double bedroom and a shower room.
Highchair and cot for small children are available on request.
The property is in an excellent location, in a quiet street, close to services and at the following walking distances:
-10 minutes from the promenade and the beach.
-5 minutes from the park with children's attractions and tennis courts.
-5 minutes from the supermarket
-5 minutes from the train station(excellent for visiting the beauties of Tuscany, Lucca, Pisa, Florence, etc.)
-10 minutes from the pedestrian market area.

Inoltre nella corte interna che e' anche solarium, ci sono divani, lettini prendisole , e un tavolo ideale per pranzi e cene all'aperto. Oltre a storico albero di ulivo, c'e una dependance con loggiato, composta da cucina con caminetto, grande camera matrimoniale(con possibilità' di scelta di letto matrimoniale o 2 singoli) e bagno con doccia.
Sono disponibili su richiesta seggiolone e lettino per bambini piccoli.
La proprietà' e' in ottima posizione, strada tranquilla, vicina ai servizi e con le seguenti distanze a piedi:
-10 minuti dalla passeggiata e dalla spiaggia.
-5 minuti dalla pineta con le sue attrazioni per bambini e campi da tennis.
-5 minuti dal supermercato
-5 minuti dalla stazione ferroviaria (ottima per andare a visitare le bellezze della toscana Lucca, pisa, firenze etc..)
-10 minuti dalla zona pedonale del mercato.

Although the furniture is essential, there is everything you need.
The area is quiet and peaceful at night.
In 10 minutes on foot you arrive on the Viareggio promenade.
For parking, in the first weekend of September, we had no problems placing two cars in the vicinity of the house. We stayed at 7 for two nights.
Satisfied, recommended up to 8 people.
Very spacious accommodation, great for family with small children.
