Mare Blu is a terraced house just 350 m. from the beach located in a quiet residential area of Civitanova Marche served by shops, bars and supermarket. The house is on 3 levels with internal staircase. On the ground floor there is a large living room with sitting area, a well-equipped kitchen, veranda for outdoor dining. On the upper floors the 4 bedrooms with a total of 11 beds and 3 bathrooms. Parking space available in the space in front and other parking lots nearby.
Mare Blu è una villetta a schiera posta in una tranquilla zona residenziale di Civitanova Marche servita da negozi, bar e supermercato. Il mare è a soli 300 metri con spiaggia in sabbia fine molto bella ed attrezzata: ci sono diversi stabilimenti balneari, ma anche un'ampia spiaggia libera. La casa si sviluppa su 3 livelli con scala interna. Al piano terreno vi è un ampio salone con angolo salotto, una cucina ben attrezzata, un terrazzo sulla facciata anteriore e sul retro una piccola corte esclusiva all'ombra di un gazebo. Al 1° piano, oltre al bagno, vi sono 3 camere, di cui 2 matrimoniali, e una cameretta con un piccolo bagno interno. All'ultimo piano c'è infine l'ampia mansarda, dotata di bagno con doccia, balcone/solarium, arredata con altri due letti singoli e un terzo letto matrimoniale (in unica stanza). Nel complesso la casa è capace di ospitare fino a 11 persone. E' riservato un posto auto nella zona condominiale privata, altri parcheggi sono disponibili nelle vicinanze.

The house is located in the northern area of Civitanova Marche (Fontespina district) just 350 meters from the fine sandy beach among the most beautiful in the Marche, awarded the title of Blue Flag for several years. The promenade is full of restaurants where you can taste the good fish of the Adriatic. The city centre is about 1.5 km away. also connected by public transport. In July and August there is a shuttle bus to the seafront, which can be reached on foot in a few minutes.
La casa è ubicata nella zona nord di Civitanova Marche (quartiere Fontespina) a soli 300 metri dalla spiaggia in sabbia fine tra le più belle delle Marche, insignita da vari anni del titolo di Bandiera Blu. Il lungomare è ricco di ristoranti dove si può gustare il buon pesce dell'Adriatico. Il centro della città si trova a circa 1,5 km. collegato anche da mezzi pubblici. Nei mesi di luglio e agosto è attivo un bus navetta per il lungomare, che comunque è raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti.

From the A14 motorway exit, turn right towards Centro / Strada Statale 16 - Once you reach Statale 16, continue towards Ancona for about 3 km., then turn left into via Pigafetta, then at the traffic lights turn left into Via Saragat and then right into via James Cook. Routes 100 mt. after the bowling alley, turn right at number 70. This is the second villa of the terrace. From the north S.S.16: enter Civitanova M. continue on the S.S. 16 until the intersection via Pigafetta...
Dal casello autostradale A14 svoltare a destra in direzione Centro / Strada Statale 16 - Giunti alla Statale 16 proseguire in direzione Ancona per circa 3 km., quindi svoltare a sinistra per via Pigafetta, poi al semaforo a sinistra per Via Saragat e quindi a destra per via James Cook. Percorsi 100 mt. dopo la bocciofila, svoltare a destra al civico 70. Trattasi della seconda villetta della schiera. Da nord S.S.16: entrati in Civitanova M. proseguire sulla S.S. 16 fino a incrocio via Pigafetta
