On the ground floor, the villa consists of a living room with TV, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, a double bedroom and a bathroom with bathtub.
Upstairs there is a bathroom with shower, a double bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds.
The owners, a lovely elderly couple, live in the basement floor apartment with private entrance. Outside, the house is equipped with a masonry structure with barbecue, wood oven, worktop and marble sink.
The garden has a splendid swimming pool and a pergola with table and chairs. Private parking available.

Al piano terra l'abitazione è composta da una grande sala con zona TV, una cucina attrezzata con comoda zona pranzo, una camera matrimoniale ed un bagno con vasca. Al piano superiore troviamo un bagno con doccia, una camera matrimoniale ed una camera con due letti singoli. I proprietari, una coppia molto ospitale, abitano nell'appartamento seminterrato della villa con ingresso e resede privato. All'abitazione è annessa una piccola struttura in muratura con forno a legna, barbecue, piano lavoro e lavello in marmo. Il tutto è circondato da un ampio giardino con piscina in muratura e zona relax, arricchito da un fresco pergolato con tavolo e sedie. A disposizione degli ospiti, parcheggio privato all'interno della proprietà.
