Le Minot is a flat with a terrace with a wonderfull view of the Old Port and Notre Dame de la Garde.
Very bright and carefully decorated, the flat is composed of a large and beautiful bedroom with a small sitting area, an independent kitchen opening onto a terrace with a view of the Old Port, Notre Dame de La Garde and other monuments such as the Théâtre de la Criée, Fort St Nicolas.
The terrace is shared. It serves the apartments upstairs but each party in front of the apartments is private. It's the perfect place for sunbathing, lunch and dinner outdoors or having a Mediterranean aperitif! The apartment also has a bathroom with walk-in shower. Two people can sleep in the apartment (it's ideal for a couple) and we can install an umbrella bed for a baby or a young child. This apartment is the ideal place to live the Mediterranean life in its best aspect.
