On the ground floor, you have a kitchen, a living room with a fireplace, TV, radio and a dining area. There is also a bathroom with shower.
On the first floor, there is a double bedroom with private terrace, a single bedroom with the possibility to transform it into a double, and a single bedroom with private terrace. There is also a bathroom with bath.
Outdoors, the garden has a gazebo with seating area, barbecue and sunbeds to enjoy the open. Private parking is possible in front of the house.
Villa singola situata in località Piano di Mommio, in una zona tranquilla e rilassante, a pochi minuti di auto dalle spiagge di Lido di Camaiore e Viareggio. L’abitazione, fresca e confortevole è dotata di ottimi arredi, corredata di giardino privato e si sviluppa su due livelli. Il piano terra si compone di una cucina attrezzata e funzionale, una grande sala con caminetto, divisa in zona pranzo e zona relax. La zona giorno dispone di un bagno con doccia. Il piano superiore prevede una camera matrimoniale con terrazzo privato, una camera singola corredata di secondo letto estraibile anch’essa dotata di terrazzo privato, ed una seconda camera singola corredata di secondo letto estraibile. La zona notte dispone di un comodo bagno con vasca. Esternamente il giardino è corredato di gazebo dotato di tavolo con sedie, barbecue e lettini prendisole ed offre agli sopiti la possibilità di trascorrere sereni momenti di relax all’aperto.
