The holiday home is located 2 miles from the centre of Montauban "Ville d'Art et d'Histoire". It is also near the new 18-hole-golf, the boulodromme, racetrack and facilities (bakery, pharmacy, etc.)

The property comprises a renovated 180 m² house for 8 people and two 40 m² flats for 2 located in the renovated adjacent barn.

Downstairs in the house there is a fitted kitchen, a spacious living room, a bathroom and separate WC.
Upstairs there are four twin rooms and two bathrooms.
Outside, a patio with a barbecue and a view of the pool and the 2000 m² garden.

Both flats have their own private entrance, a private space outside and access to the pool.
They both have a fitted kitchen, living room, bathrom and twin room.

House for 8: €1200 to €1600 per week
Apartments for 2: €300 to €450 per week

Internet wifi, sheets and bath towels are included in the price.

Montauban, ville d'art et d'histoire, est idéalement située si l'on souhaite rayonner vers des « grands sites de Midi Pyrénées » ou simplement passer des vacances paisibles à proximité de toutes les commodités.

Le grand gîte est situé à proximité immédiate de l'hippodrome des Allègres, golf de l'Estang (18 trous) et les premiers commerces/supermarchés sont accessibles dans un rayon de 2/3 km (en voiture, à pied ou à vélo).

Tarif : 2000 à 2600 euros / semaine en très haute saison.
Les prix s'entendent toutes charges comprises : forfait ménage, taxe de séjour, eau, électricité, chauffage, Wi-fi.
