The area has the nearest coves which are Son Xoriguer, and Cala N Bosch, but a few kms away is also the beach of Son Saura, Cala Blanca, Cala N Turqueta, Macarella and Macarelleta (one of the most famous of the island).
As indicated, next to the complex where the property is located, is the wonderful Marina of Cala N Bosch, which is a small marina full of life and services (24h supermarkets, pharmacy, medical office, and all kinds of leisure activities such as boat trips, boat rental without skipper, diving, equestrian routes, cycling, hiking, car rental and motorcycles, as well as a specific water park for children with slides, swimming pools, video game area, karting, ball park, bouncy castles, etc, which will delight the little ones while the adults can relax in one of the many terraces of the bars, restaurants, pubs, lounge and chill out bars that are surrounding the marina.

La propiedad se encuentra localizada en un pequeño complejo frente al mar donde toda la pequeña comunidad de propietarios solicitamos unas normas de convivencia y respecto hacia los demas ( nada de musica alta , nada de fiestas hasta altas horas de la noche, hablar en tono normal, mantener tanto la propiedad como el entorno en buen estado y ser respetuosos tanto con la propiedad, complejo e isla en general) de lo mas logicas y siempre disfrutando del placer de poder hospedarse frente al maravilloso mar mediterraneo con unas vistas de postal y poder entrar directamente al mar desde una entrada privada del complejo a escasos 30 metros de la propiedad.
