Main building: The main body of the villa, spread over 2 floors (including a mezzanine one), consists of 3 double bedrooms, each with private bathroom (two with shower and one with Jacuzzi). The living area consists of a modern kitchen, a large dining room, a comfortable reading room and a refined living room heated by a large central fireplace. On the mezzanine floor you will find a reading/meditation corner, ideal for relaxing while sipping a glass of wine. Dependance 1: The first dependance consists of 1 double bedroom with private bathroom, another double bedroom and a single bedroom with shared bathroom. Dependance 2: The second dependance, furnished in a modern style with spacious and bright spaces, is equipped with a kitchenette, a large double bedroom and a large bathroom with shower (also suitable for the elderly and disabled people).
Air conditioning is present in all bedrooms of the main building and dependances (except in the single bedroom) and also in the porch.

Splendid luxury residence with swimming pool, porch and barbecue area, located a few km from Modica, in the south-east of Sicily. Suitable for handicapped and elderly people, it is the ideal accommodation for groups of friends and families wishing to spend a pleasant holiday in the magnificent "Val di Noto" with its picturesque villages.
