This 40m² holiday apartment is on a holiday complex in Capitolo, about 100 metres from the sea.
You can cool off on hot days in the shared pool or relax in the shared garden and enjoy a glass of wine. You can sit together on the veranda for breakfast. There is a parking space on site. During the summer months there is entertainment for children and there are also other attractions, so there will never be a dull moment and parents can occasionally do something by themselves. There are also many recreational activities for adults. The available grill areas can be used by guests. The reception can provide help and advice, for example about trips. Small dogs are allowed. Free wireless Internet access is available.
It is comfortably furnished and has a bedroom with a double bed (190 x 20cm). The kitchen is equipped with a stove and a little fridge with a freezer compartment for storing groceries. The morning can get off to a good start, thanks to the Italian espresso pot and the kettle. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, washbasin and WC. During the cool winter months there is heating, ensuring pleasant warmth throughout the apartment, and in summer there is air conditioning for cooling the apartment down, after a long day full of new impressions.
The holiday complex about 100 metres from the apartment has a little supermarket. If you do not feel like cooking then you can be served at the nearby restaurants. The apartment is in a convenient location for going on trips or extensive walks. You can also get to important tourist destinations easily by car, such as Alberobello, Castellana Grotte, the Safari Zoo, Polignano a Mare, Ostuni, Martina Franca, Cisternino and Locorotondo. It is 100 metres to the nearest sandy beach with clear sea water, with sections with and without beach services. It is about 900 metres to the start of the typical long sandy beaches.
